The reception area was nice and clean. My room was dark and very outdated. Carpets were very worn out. Didn't look cleaned well and smell like old muggy. The bathroom you could see dirt in the corners. The beds were full size, which was a bummer! The pillows are the worst!! They are small pillows filled with cut up foam. There's better out there.

This is a no frills resort. However, we love staying here! Staff is friendly and accomodating. Maintenance and housekeeping staff do a great job. Gated entry to parking lot. Very close to Disney springs. ROsen does not have reaort or parking fees as a com0any not just this location. So the price you see is the price you pay, except for taxes of course. But no BS fees. Awesome off-wdw-property, but super close to disney Springs, low cost, family friendly, clean, no frills resort. I mean, most of us dont spend much time in our hotel if we are visiting the parks anyway. DENNY'S and OLIVE Garden within a few minutes walk, on the same side of the road on corner. Reccommend this hotel forbthe family looking for a comfy and clean place to stay while visiting Disney and saving a ton of money.
