Beautiful on the inside

The hotel facade and parking lot need a little makeover. The pool should be a heated pool until June, but the hot tub was hot and the pool area was clean and furnished well. The rooms are beautiful and cozy. There should be bigger bath towels, but the high quality shampoo and conditioner dispensed in the shower are divine! While the water in this part of Orlando smells like sulphur, the water here wasn't as stinky. Loved the real freezer above the fridge. Need more coffee servings in the room. Soft sheets and perfectly firm pillows. Breakfast was good! My only complaint is that there was a regular "resident" standing at the front desk when I was trying to check in. He was yelling at the clerk and the manager and jumping around, pointing his fingers everywhere because he wanted to know who turned him in for something illegal. They should not let crackheads or dealers live in the hotel during tourist season. I felt bad for the clerk and the manager.

Pool was not working for 3 days and dirty, breakfast was fair, no eggs, pool deck needs new loungers,. For the price was okay, but i would pay a bit more and stay somewhere else.

Patio furniture at the pool is falling apart. Drawer in cabinet is falling out. Furniture in room is worn. And there is a space under the door that would allow any insects and some lizards to come in. Also, the sink was clogged and drained slowly. Not a comfortable night. Won’t be back

There was no hot water in the shower. Beds were so so uncomfortable. We had to go to the office to get clean towels. Cable didn’t work so couldn’t watch tv. We did like having a fridge and microwave.

This is one of the most dirtiest properties that I ever had stayed at. The rooms are all run down and not to clean. This is definitely not a place you want to keep your family in. The icing on the cake is that they had the nerve to charge you a $36 Resort fee for this rundown place. The only good thing that I can say is that the staff members were very nice.

The host was initially stiff and managed to lighten her up with the baby. Lobby was basic and dead. Worst of all there was hair all over the already uncomfortable beds! Good job it was expensive!

Great staff hotel is okay but near everything 😁

Great stay.. not too many amenities.. pool is very small and everyone has internet so idk what’s the resortfees about if one doesn’t use the pool or there WiFi.. they also have breakfast but I didn’t partake.. front desk staff were all amazing and very accommodating..

This property safe by weekend after Maingate lakeside resort fail me miserably. Clarion hotel rooms way cleaner and spacious Than Maingate. Felt safer.

To be fair, they’re in the middle of a remodel, so I’m sure it’s gonna be an amazing place, but it was impossible to get the maid service to come bring new towels or blankets and it seemed as if possibly our stay was midway through the painting. it was less than ideal but much better than the previous hotel. Can’t fault anyone there it was safe and convenient and tons of shopping and restaurants nearby.

The first day the bathtub got clogged, I went to ask them to fix it and left the hotel, when I returned at night it was still the same, the beds were wobbly and were not made of water, they changed my room. The girl on staff got super aggressive because I claimed a $25 fee and immediately wanted to call the police.
