The lady was taking 30 minutes to check in each guest. Half the line left. I booked 2 rooms and they would not let me use my credit card for the deposit for the other room and said the guest staying there had to leave the deposit. What a rediculous policy.

Check in was ok I thought it was nice the gentleman asked if I wanted a 1st or 2nd floor room. Based on the condition and lack of cleanliness I would not stay again. It was barely ok to just sleep in. The condition of the room is very run down and not clean. The walls and ceiling were damaged, and the room did not smell clean. Both beds were broken and squeaked every time you move. The breakfast was ok. You get what you pay for and I will pick somewhere else next time.

About two week ago I stay in Value Inn Orando and was awful...I moved to Clarion Inn and was a big different my for my next trip be sure is going to be in Clarion Inn...Really Nice place and Staff...Good breakfast and coffe 24 hours.....

Room was filthy. Front desk offered another room that wouldn’t accommodate my family so we took the bedding from the other room just to find that bedding dirty also. Phones doesn’t work/no cord, no remote controls for tvs, noddles on the floor, chicken bones on the floor, food/crumbs on the sheets. It was just unpleasant and frustrating to have travelled due to the Hurricane for comfort but couldn’t get comfortable because of the conditions.

The front desk employees were very nice and courteous. It was very hard for me to find my room because there is no signing and I was walking around like crazy for about 15 minutes. Stairs are not easy to see either so you can miss them too. Beds were nicely done but bathroom sink has nasty mold. Carpet on the side of the bathroom was ripped and it looked like it hasn’t been vacuumed in a long time. I saw a roach by the coffee maker. Walls and bathroom door are very dirty too. Shower area was pretty clean but shower floor could have been cleaner. I appreciated that bedding or towels didn’t have a weird smell like other places.

Undisclosed $100 deposit at check in. Pros: Polite staff, free breakfast, pool, comfortable beds. Cons: Broken hot tub, dirty rooms and lobby, out dated tv w/ fuzzy screen, no light switch covers, water leaking from everyone’s room ac so fall hazard walking on sidewalks, not a very good neighborhood, and outdated buildings.

Clean and comfortable stay.
I was really impressed. It was very clean. The desk was extremely nice. And housekeeping also nice and respectful. I stayed for 3 days and they respected that I didn't want anyone in my room during my stay. They treated me really well. They've put all of there money in upgrades in the hotel where it matters. New bathrooms. Sink. New floor etc. Very nice room. It did not smell like smoke at all. And the AC worked good.

The room was dirty, the walls looked like bugs were killed and not scrubbed off even the drapes had dead bugs on them. There is no seal along the door bottom sothe bugs come right in. The parking lot had people sleeping in their vehicles and another couple was out there arguing for hours.
