I was honestly very disappointed, when we arrived the room was very dirty and smelled of dust, there were only two sockets to charge the phone, it was really bad, I only slept there the first night because it was too late to look for another hotel, but early in the morning I checked out and went to another place.

We initially checked into a room that had cockroaches, which my son spotted both by the bedside and in the bathroom. It was quite shocking. We immediately contacted the hotel staff, who relocated us to another room. However, this room was located right next to the street, so it was both noisy and bright. There was constant traffic at night, and the room was excessively bright, which affected our sleep. The room's cleanliness was also average, and the bathroom's faucet kept dripping, making the room feel damp. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing.

Easy to get to. Lots of options for the waterpark. Rooms just need updated. Ventilation was the biggest. Air seemed really stagnate. Seemed like the ac had a problem keeping up and it was only 62 degrees outside when we were there. Needs more places for drying of towels and swimsuits for a waterpark resort. Not even a spot in the tub. Plug in the tub was broken.

Stupid they cancels everything once we got there water park was close for half our stay and no accommodation where made we was told it would be open the next day and it wasn’t they canceled the foam party my daughter was looking forward to that also no iron in the room lack of rags and no access to forks or first aid kids no life jackets they make you purchase

Don't bother here

We were without hot water two different days we were there. The air conditioner made a very pound noise-like a hamster on a wheel. The hotel did fix this the following day. Also, our floor and especially our room smelled moist and mildew like. Any papers left in the room felt wet after a day. All our clothes reeked when we got back. When I shared my frustration at check out, all they said was "oh".

My family and me are very pleased with the good service of the staff, quick check-in and check-out, we have room service every day with all towels reserved, swimming pools heated until 10 pm. The hotel is very well located and you can walk to nearby restaurants, there are shops and a cafeteria inside. Clean and comfortable hotel! I highly recommend it!

Horrible. After going year after year. - arrived late and was assigned wrong room. We had 4 guests and only had sleeping for 3. Could only switch rooms the next day. Not enough pillows and sheets. Couldn’t ever reach anyone by phone or text. Got pillows and sheets a day later - buffet empty. No sausage, bacon or taters. I was constantly told 10 mins. They never came. - water park - 1/2 was closed and only opened rotationaly. Water slide had only one tube. Kids lined up and waited so long because of one tube. - room keys kept stop working. Had to go back to desk every time because no one answers the phone. - complained to manager about all this. Took a long time to discuss and explain. She said she would refund resort fees. At check out it wasn’t doesn’t properly. Had to start all over again with another manager. Wasted another 40 minutes. Spend more time at front desk to fix things than we should have. Won’t go back ever again.
