Checked in and was given a dirty room. Got to the next room and it was not stocked with towels and wash clothes or toilet paper. The toilet paper roll was falling off the wall. The bed were terrible. Breakfast was good.

Weekend getaway for family disney visit

Decent price and decent location with restaurant options and proximity to parks. . needs upgrades. . walls can be seen were just painted with brush touch ups (old paint peaks through) beds are rock solid, curtains dont close completely, ac stopped working mid way through the night wood floors really dirty my socks changed colors from it. Breakfast was standard however one staff member was extremely picky on how we went to get the item we desired

So the outside of the property needs a makeover especially the pool area looks like you might catch a sickness if you go in but the rooms were clean and the rest of the hotel was clean an staff was super friendly very quiet I would definitely stay again was very close to all the attractions and I really didn’t have a single issue

We have stayed here multiple times for at least 2 nights per trip. Thisnis our favorite place in the area to stay. Definitely recommended especially if you have younger kids

This stay was absolutely insane and unsanitary. Our room had roaches, dust, body fluids EVERYWHERE. We had asked for the room to be cleaned and the hotel staff replied with “that’s not my job” she then looked over at the maintenance man and he said “I don’t want to do that” the manager laughed and then said “it’s not like you do anything anyways.” This stay was horrible.

At check in the door key would not work. The A.C made a rattling sound and it was difficult to sleep even with a sound machine on. You could hear everything in the hallway, doors slamming etc even with all the other sounds. The room was clean and the staff was helpful.
