The front desk staff was warm and genuinely welcoming. Our suite was spacious, clean, comfortable. We are so happy to have discovered this hotel; it allows us to enjoy nearby shows and restaurants without the worry of driving home late at night.

Excellent customer service by Mrs. Bibianne. Top of the line. The breakfast had hot and cold options. Bacon, eggs, sausage, waffles, fruits, among others. Free parking is always a plus. Close to Rollins college. Over all very pleasant stay.

The room was good, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Staff was excellent. I knocked off one star because breakfast was sub par. The fruit choices were limited to apple , orange or banana. The oranges were moldy and dry. The apples were a bit old as well. The bananas were very green. The hard boiled eggs tasted off as though they had been served multiple times and were getting old as well. The quality of food was lacking. But the rest of the experience was very good.

Smelled like pets were in our room prior to us. Parking was close by. Generally quiet, however Everytime the ac kicked in, made noise and had to wear earplugs. Lights outside affected ability to sleep and had to wear an eye sleep mask as the shades didn't pull shut. Bed was also uncomfortable.
