The staff was great, loved the breakfast buffet, I felt safe and it is a great location. Clean in all areas. The staff went above and beyond. Spacious suite. The pool was nice. There just needs to be a hook by the tub so you don't have to reach for the towel and to avoid the floor getting soaked every time.

It's OK, not spectacular, survivable.

In 10 years of staying at this property only one elevator works, and the elevator is beyond slow. The beds are hard as a rock and have never been comfortable. The desk chair is not even useable for moderately larger people, too narrow.
