Shuttle to Universal, clean, quiet, good breakfast
We needed a place for one night near Universal Studios. This was perfect and had a free shuttle you sign up for in person at the hotel a few doors down. It runs a few times in the early to mid-morning and then doesn't return until late afternoon/evening. It was not a busy time when we were there. The room was clean (we had the 2 queen beds and pullout sofa) and it was quiet. Kids loved the pool. Hot breakfast was filling and had good variety including fresh fruit. Staff was friendly. Would stay here again.

It is extremely close to Universal. You could be at the park in less than 10 min. The front desk staff were super pleasant and the room was a good size. The beds were comfortable but the amenities otherwise were a little subpar. You really don’t need a lot inside though, you are steps from the excitement!

Great place to stay on a budget and it’s close to everything LITERALLY! We went to Islands of Adventure and it was literally across the street! The rooms are huge and i love the fact that they had a microwave and fridge in the room.

My room was not cleaned, I left all the wet towels in the floor and they did not change them, they did not clean the bathroom they did not make the beds in general they did not come to my room to clean it, also the bathroom door has a squeak sound and I informed about that in the morning and when I came back it was not fixed, later they send someone to do it. The manager said they are going to refund me one night of the stay.
