Called to verify a shuttle because our flight got delayed and they said yes. Then we arrived, and they said sorry, we don't pick up late arrivals. All other main line hotels had their vans there to pick up late arrival guests. We had to pay $35 for an Uber.

I only booked this place for the shuttle ride to the airport. When I checked in the shuttle is already booked and they are not allowing more cultures to join the shuttle time I wanted to go on. Now I have to get to the airport way earlier than I had too just to get on a less crowded shuttle. They need to accommodate more needs for the shuttle since most people are booking this hotel for the convenience of the shuttle and how close it is to the airport not the ‘accommodations’

Room carpet was nasty, bathroom worse, shower head had a stream to the ceiling and they just put some “tape” also we have to program the key every holy night. Breakfast was so limited and the breakfast room so small for the capacity of the hotel. I’ve visit other facilities from the same hotel chain and were so excellent, I don’t know what happened with this one.

Worst horrible stay ever

Absolutely horrible. Do not stay here. The customer service was beyond horrible. The front desk lady barely spoke English. She could not handle the check in process or issues that people brought to her. I watched as one elderly man stood there at least 37 minutes and she argued with him, there were 8 people behind him. Food was not that great. Shuttles are not that fast, we waited at the airport for 35 minutes. When we were ready to leave, we waited for about an hour for a shuttle. The little store was out of ice cream, never restocked. There was unwrapped chocolate bars laying on the counter. Our shower curtain was completely ripped. Water sprayed out of the tub to the floor. A huge pink ink mark was on the carpet in the entryway of our door. The plug ins by the bed were broken. The TV went off 4 times while we were watching it on Saturday night, we finally gave up.
