Room was clean and the breakfast was great. Staff was nice. Only issues - no regular orange pekoe tea and the shower’s water temperature was opposite - you had to turn to cold to make the shower warm.

Had to change rooms because of a live bug crawling in the sheets. We were not compensated at all. Second room was good but not worth the money. Also had to pay for parking which I’ve never heard of before.

The carpet was tore in our room, the receptionist was rude twice when asking for a shuttle, the elevator felt like it was going to collapse, the toilet was clogged when we got there and they offered us a plunger and last we only went there for the hottub which has been out of order for 6 weeks

Hotel did not let us know that we don’t receive daily cleaning. We ran out of tissues and had to ask for a change of towels. The breakfast was the same each morning and was just ok. The only fruit they had were oranges. The shuttle drivers from and to the airport were excellent. Plenty of restaurants nearby for dinner.
