I love the free shuttle service and the location is conveniently walkable to shopping and restaurants. The room was comfortable, clean and provided amenities that made the stay welcoming. The breakfast is included which enhances the start of your day. The staff was professional and polite as well as the other guests. Its just a relaxing environment which made the start of my vacation memorable.

The fire alarm went off 6 times in the middle of the night false alarms. They did not tell us anything about the alarms. The shuttle for disney world only runs once in the morning and once at night. It runs an hour and half after the parks open. The evening shuttle is when the fireworks start. There is a fee for parking. The room is nice and clean and what we expected.

Got off plane and arrived 3 hours before check in..the guy lets us swim until room was ready and upgraded to king suite for free. Also a remarkably good tgif in walking distance , great for flying in town and avoiding ubering for everything

Only thing i can say i disagree with is your $5.00 parking fee, this hotel is in a good safe area however your parking lot is not gated, its not a garage nor is it valet...Plus signs read "not responsible for damages to vehicles".. so what exactly is the fee for?

Country Inn & Suites near MCO Airport Where do I start? Let’s begin with the positives: the front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Although the shuttle isn’t running at the moment, they do arrange a Lyft to and from the airport, which is appreciated. Now for the cons. I was initially given a room that had a strong lingering smoke smell. I’m highly sensitive to that, which is why I always book non-smoking rooms. Thankfully, the gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating and quickly moved me to another room. Unfortunately, the new room,while smoke-free, is outdated and smells like mildew. I actually developed a slight headache from the odor. Luckily, I always travel with Odoban and sanitizing wipes, so I sprayed and wiped everything down just to feel comfortable enough to relax. Will I stay here again? Honestly, no. I’d rather spend the extra $20 to stay at one of the other nearby hotels. Just my personal opinion. But for one night, I’ll manage.
