The property location was convenient and the area was nice and seemed safe. We had a couple of unfortunate incidents that tarnished our stay here. One incident was regarding breakfast. My bagel had a large black hair draped across it. The other incident was a large stain on the white comforter in our room. We asked and received new linens, but they put the same comforter back on the bed. So, it was corrected after a second request. Not a great stay. I don’t recommend.

The hotel is located in downtown Orlando with access to gas station, restaurant and entertainment. It is also not too far to all the theme park attractions. The room is neat, you get what you paid for, small size unit. We stayed for several nights but housekeeping came once during our entire stay and we had to take our own food garbage out. I’d say housekeeping can improve to at least once every other day. The service at the restaurant is hit and off, with some staff being friendly and others not so much. We had a wonderful experience with front desk staff Leo, who is kind, professional, helpful and genuinely was the highlight of our stay. There is an outdoor pool but too cold to swim in December in case anyone was wondering. The complimentary laundry facility was handy for longer time stay with children, although it does get busy. You have to check for availability often and be quick to take your clothes a courtesy to other guests since there is only one washer and dryer. We rented a car but there is also complimentary shuttle that takes you within 3 miles distance if not planning to travel far.

I would definitely stay here again. Im a germaphobic person and this place was soothing to my nerves. I only found a couple hairs in the bathroom but thats it. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the free shuttle was amazing. We took the shuttle to the stadium it was very convenient. The only issue we had was there are not any upscale restaurant near the hotel and our room window was near a nightclub that was jumping all night but i would definitely stay here again. The in house restaurant was very convenient and had a lot of food options which was great because we are pescatarian.

Stayed here for a couple of nights during the winter holidays. Our family was very impressed by the hotel and room. It deserves all the good reviews we found: our room was clean and very spacious, and the bedding was comfortable. All the staff were very pleasant. We were glad we found this hotel, and would definitely stay again on future visits.

The staff including housekeeping and front desk were incredibly helpful and quick to respond to every request. Front desk staff is also readily available at any time, including one in the morning to buy snacks. I appreciate everyone working hard over the holidays. Five stars. Definitely recommend.

Beds are a little hard for my taste but the room is well maintained and beautiful. Parking was easy - well lit and security cameras on the property. Checkin experience was a breeze. Highly recommend staying here!
