An excellent place to stay near the Orlando area, offering secure parking and very friendly staff. The buffet provides good options, and there's also a convenient market for those needing to purchase items. Highly recommended!

What a gem! Loved the area and the very nice and clean comfy room. Although, the bathroom sliding door was awful as if wouldn’t stay shut and very loud. After changing my reservation from 2 nights to 1, the rate became extremely high and I feel $369 for one night was way too high.

Great Stay!!

Our stay at Courtyard Orlando Downtown was great! Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The Bistro was a great place to grab breakfast and the coffee they served was delicious. The only issue we had was with the hotel’s shuttle. We called the hotel to ask for the shuttle at the end of a show at the Dr. Phillip’s Center and told them the location we were waiting to be picked up. More than 20 minutes went by and we decided to go with a rideshare. When I let the front desk know that we were not picked by the shuttle the staff were gracious to comp our breakfast this morning. Despite being left out in the cold by the shuttle (it was 50 degrees and very windy while we were waiting) we will stay at the Courtyard Orlando Downtown again.

My son and I have stayed here on two different occasions, and both times we found this hotel absolutely wonderful. The staff is fantastic, the accommodations are immaculate and the beds are just so dang comfy. We are actually booking again two more times next month (travel basketball tournaments) - it’s so great to find a place this amazing and comfortable if you must be away from home. Thank you!

The Hotel is in a great location, very quiet area and basically you can walk to all of down town and good restaurants around the area. there is a gas station right next to the hotel with a convenience store. Hotel is clean and staff was great and very attending of everything.

Best Spot in Downtown Orlando

What a wonderful place to stay! To start, the check in process was so nice as the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Then when you look around the lobby, you see how modern and unique it is. With a nice lounging area with a big Tv to a nice dine in spot by the bistro. Then the rooms themself are so clean and comfortable with a great balcony where you can enjoy the morning sunshine. This hotel also offers free shuttle rides to go anywhere within 3 miles of the hotel which is a great service. Highly recommend!

The cleanliness of the room was fantastic, and I appreciated how hot the food was when it was served! I also enjoyed the balcony in my room. The only thing that stopped me from rating this property five stars was I only had one working outlet in the room (outside of the bathroom, the bathroom outlet was fine) so it was a struggle to charge my electronics. The other outlets and USB outlets were not working. I was in room 304.

Great hotel

Great location to downtown. Very clean, comfortable and friendly staff. The Bistro had okay food and the drinks were excellent including Starbucks in the morning. There's a shuttle that will take you to the Kia Center but we didn't use it. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.
