Quiet and simple , recommendation for future is to install a powder room ( a quick accesible toilet and lavabo and the best location is besides the laundry room and the air conditioner is too cold 72-74 degrees works good and saves energy on his pocket. I work in jungles and the subartic tundra to me one good coffe that doesn’t freeze in 2 minutes is good condition
