The bus that shuttle that supposed to take us to Universal never showed up, so we have to rent Uber back and forth. The coffee pot in the bedroom didn’t work and we requested a changed in front desk… it was never replaced. We arrived from Universal (yesterday night, Saturday ) around 8 pm Ana’s went to the bar with my boyfriend to request a mojito. The lady behind the bar just said “ we don’t have mint” and turn around not any other help like we don’t have mojito but what about a Margarita…. But not so very disappointed. The hotel looks great, front desk is great but otherwise feels very unwelcome

Nice stay
Really enjoyed our stay. The food in the restaurant is good and tasty. A bit chilly in the reception and dining area. But overall nice. The room was big and clean. Only really disadvantage is that you are not able to open a window for some fresh air. So the room got really hot and moist. The air conditioning was not helping. So sometimes we had the door to the corridor opened, to get a bit of 'fresh air' in the room.

Water was out for whole hotel day of arrival. Had to ask for towels every single day - they would even take our clean ones away but never give us a single towel.Had to ask for toilet paper and kleenex - I have never experienced this at any other Hotel and I traveled for work ( 13 years).

You will have to pay an additional $35 a night for parking that was not explained upfront but beyond that it’s extremely convenient to all major theme parks. Staff was amazing. Hotel room was large extremely clean quite pretty would definitely recommend. Will definitely stay there again.

Hotel was terrible felt like you were begging for towels and room to be cleaned Dogs barking all nite Very expensive at the bar There was a fire alarm that went off as the hotel flooded for the 2nd time And my mother had to ring me as i was on the 10th floor and heard no alarm When i askes why there was no alarm they said alarm only goes off when fire reaches the level your on which is a joke you would be dead before hand I wouldnt recommend anyone to stay here as it was one of the worst hotels in every way ive ever stayed in
