The property is spotless & very well maintained. Snackbar & foodmart very good. The location is excellent! Very close to Disney Springs. Many restaurants within walking distance. Complimentary Disney shuttle was a wonderful surprise.

Front desk staffs are friendly, helpful, however for 2 days without “Do Not Disturb” sign, my room was not serviced/cleaned. My garbage bins were full & out of tissue paper, not a pleasant experience. The resort is a bit old, but overall it is ok, and close to Disney Spring.

The suite was absolutely too small and cramped. Tub in the middle of the floor. Shower in the corner of the main room. No privacy. Toilet room 3ft long and wide. No furniture to sit on other than the bed. Would not recommend at all. Horrible design. Not worth the money.

Loved everything except that the pool now closes at dusk. When your out all day and hoping for a swim before bed it kinda misses to not be able too. Oh and no to the little in house cafe.

This is an older property Hilton just bought recently. They are making improvements and the staff is friendly and helpful. My unit had some noise issues and the hvac didn't seem to dehumidify much, and if you get back late you might have to park a ways from your room but I'd stay there again.
