Not a good experience and we got very little assistance from management. Had 3 different room the first 2 were terrible, the 3 was up stairs which was difficult to navigate for my wife who recently had double knee surgery. The lady at the desk suggested to me to find the n Manager to chat? The manager needed to find me, I did get a few text from a few different people one said he was the weekend manager but that's about it,,,very bad customer service. The lady at the desk told me there was nothing they could do because we booked through a 3 Rd party. never again!

Avoid Hilton’s Timeshare Scam! I attended a Hilton timeshare presentation after being promised a gift card as an incentive. The presentation dragged on for well over the promised 120 minutes, and at the end, instead of receiving the gift card, I was handed a worthless travel voucher loaded with hidden fees. When I asked about the gift card, I was given the runaround and never received it. This is a classic bait-and-switch scam—they lure you in with promises of a simple reward and then try to pressure you into buying a timeshare while failing to deliver on their end of the deal. Do not waste your time! Save yourself the frustration and avoid this dishonest sales tactic.

Fun and Relaxing

Amazing Hotel. Great employees and the front desk employees are above excellent. Loved the pool after the heater was fixed, but at times very hard to get lounge chairs.. Volcano pool is just one of the pools offered .

Do not make the mistake of not looking at the room photos. What you see is what you get. It is not a suite that we have ever seen. It doesn't show a toilet, because it is just a small one by itself in a room next to the shower. There is no seating area as in a normal suite. It is literally just the one room you see in the picture. No table on the deck. You have a coffee maker and microwave, but nothing to wash anything.The pool area was very nice.

Originally we were assigned a room on first floor that was very noisy. Our head of bed was against the outside trash containers. After not sleeping for two nights, I complained to the office. They understood, and changed our room which my husband and I appreciated. They took the initiative to follow up with us via email asking us how we were doing in the new room that we were assigned.

I liked it was close to the theme parks what I didn’t like was the cafe wasn’t gluten friendly for me there wasn’t a elevator which was hard for me to carry my luggage up to the 2nd floor and the room walls were very thin so I could hear lots of noise during the night .
