Checked-in with a staff member who is remote. It was difficult to hear them. not certain if it was the speaker on the machine or if it was the ambient music. While it is noted there are additional fees and taxes that will be collected at check-in, it isn't shared that there is also a deposit for incidentals that's collected too. This can come as a surprise as the quote for fees doesn't match what you pay on site. The fees, taxes, and deposit equate to an additional nights stay without the benefit.

Halls smelt like cigarettes. Checkin was with a virtual individual and they have an AI bartender which took my money and didnt make my drink correctly (the machine must have been out of oj or it glitched). All the drink needed was orange juice but staff took way too long to get it once I even found a staff member. Otherwise the hotel room served its purpose. Not a bad location. Parking was easy and included.

On 11/10/24 we checked in about 3pm and instantly went to our room. The front desk clerk could have let us know at that point there was no hot water. We powered through it with the first night and the next morning there was still no water. When asking the clerk the next day, there was still no clue on when it will get fixed and that maintenance was notified. We ended up having hot water by Monday afternoon. The only positive we had from the resort is the bartender Mrs Hazel of H street grille.

Old hotel, no water.
Very dated property. Water was out for approximately 8 hours on the first night. No one told us at check-in. Then no hot water later in the weekend.

If you’re a boujie person don’t book here. Room smelled odd and kind of musty. Carpet felt disgusting couldn’t even walk barefoot, chair was dirty and stained and not sturdy, things were broken such as the ac cover and the bed sheets were so uncomfortable I was tossing and turning the entire night. Might be for some people but it definitely wasn’t for me. I checked out early.

It was a good value close to Magic Kingdom. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy. Breakfast is not included but I knew that, still the food wasn't very good. Otherwise everything was fine.

This hotel was as expected though David at the front desk went above and beyond. I do not recommend booking through Expedia however. It was the absolute worst experience and I stood at the front desk for over 2 hours due to their error.
