RUN AND STAY AWAY! Where to start with this one. I had to change rooms 3 times. Issues varying from main light switch not working so room was complete dark. Active leak on bathroom ceiling, maintenance came and he was unbothered by it. Like it was a normal thing. Toilet never shut off, water was contently running. Dirty rooms, dirty sheets, noisy ac, paper thin walls. Huge noise from intersection. Maintenance person was suppose to bring my new room key after i had to change 3 times and he never came, i ended up going to the lobby only to find the front person laughing and talking to the maintenance person. No sense or urgency to finish helping a customer. Please! Pay a little more and stay at a better known brand hotel because this is not it!

I understand the rates were 4x the price they normally would be, because of a local event. HOWEVER, a working ice machine would have been great, towels in rooms, and unused toiletries would have been a great place to start even for a normal priced stay. The amount of property trash just in the hallways was not acceptable either.

The property is fine for the affordable price. I had to wait 30 minutesto check-in.that did not bother me as much as the attitude of the clerk. No greeting, handed me a map and I had to ask her where to go. She curtly replied "you are here!" indicating the lobby area on the map, and not another word. She should understand the difference between hospitality and service- Front line staff should leave a great first impression, she completely missed out on that opportunity.

This place needs to be fully renovated. Room was dirty floor seems to have not been cleaned in months. Towels had a smell to them couldn’t even shower. Very disgusting
