Absolutely no fridge. Im assuming its cause of the bug issue they have. Room and bathroom were not the cleanest. The room was on 80 degrees upon arrival and when temperature never got colder. When the issue was brought up to the front desk, the young man shrugged it off and denied having another room to accommodate us. The next day another dude comes to check and offered a room change and admitted that one couldve been done the night prior as well. Offer was declined because the stay was only for a night. There was also a random lady crying and yelling outside.

The property was very outdated and the room wasn’t very clean. The tub had hair in it and the sheets were stained. Alittle nervous that it was next to the prison.

I couldn't take breakfast with me, I had to get ready to leave and sometimes it's uncomfortable with so many people, They start fixing elevators when that's a necessity, they're supposed to if they're fixing things not have people staying because some like me, get uncomfortable, my card was deactivated every so often, I had to go down from the fourth floor to the first to get it reactivated and sometimes I had to do it twice in a row, the cleaning was terrible, I've been to other hotels and it even smells good, they didn't even want to clean my room and when they did, even the sheet’s had insects Breakfast is almost always cold, you have to put on a microwave, And hust the bacon, potatoes and sausages takes good

Warning! DO NOT STAY HERE. It is soo filthy we even found rat poop on one of our beds. It was a terrible choice to stay here even for a quick 2 nights. The staff do not care if it’s clean or if you complain. We had to go out and buy cleaning supplies just to make the room live-able for 2 nights. If you complain to the front desk they send a really rude guy to “fix” the issue. But he will just cuss in Spanish the whole time. He even asked me “do you know how to change a bed, can you do it” like hellooo we are paying to stay here. Our Toliet clogged every single time we used it. It was the worst. It really sucked staying here with small children bc it was so dirty. Breakfast is ok but you have to get there early or you will get nothing. Lots of parking. Hotel is right behind a jail so just fyi. They charge a “resort fee” but it’s a joke bc our room didn’t even have towels and the pool is dirty as well. When we asked the guy they send to “clean” the room he said there’s no towels they are being washed right now will bring to you tomorrow. The inconvenience is unreal. You don’t matter they do everything on their terms/time. I get it, it’s a cheap hotel but we’ve stayed at MOTELS around the world for cheaper and definitely not dirty like this place. Save your money and book somewhere else. Trust the reviews.

Had a good experience over all, i with i was told ahead of time that there was a retención $100 and additional $7.50 (approx) for use of WiFi, pool, etc. My room was not provided any towels, I came back at almost 10pm and wanted to take a shower and NO towels, because location is next to jail, I didn’t feel safe calling anyone to bring towels. Besides this incident, people, room and breakfast have been great!

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in many around Disney. Next to a jail. Felt bery unsafe. People playing music and hanging around the hallway. I’ve never left a hotel so fast!!! Room was also dirty it was a horrible expirence.
