Lugar espantoso!!! Sucio, no tenia papel de baño, no tenia toallas, ni jabon. El mal olor en el cuarto era insoportable. Las camas sucias, paredes sucias. Inmediatamente quise cancelar la estadia y no quieren devolverme el dinero. Servicio pesimo. Es insalubre quedarse alli.

First off I called earlier in the day to let them know I would be checking in around 9:30pm plus messaged them two days prior. When I got there they guy behind the desk said my reservations were cancelled till the over night guy came in and was extremely helpful after checking into the room it was covered in black mold never will I go back the place looked nothing likes it’s online pictures faucet leaking and the place was extremely run down and dirty

I do NOT recommend staying at this hotel room. Our hotel door did not close all the way and had to put a chair in front of the door so no one could get in, the bed sheets had burn holes and stains. There was mold in the bathroom, no towels and when we asked 3 times to get towels they said they would bring some and never did just to find out they were completely out of towels. The pool does not work (they don’t keep up on it) the pictures shown on Expedia for this hotel was when they first opened as they don’t keep up with the place. Very dirty. It also said they have breakfast available and they only had coffee out. Safety wise, did not feel safe and neither did the rest of my group feel safe either. Overall, very unsatisfied and will not be booking there again!

There was nothing pleasant about this hotel room. Dirty isnt even what i would call it....questionable and mysterious stains on the beds...both, and on the shower curtain, dirty footprints in the tub!?! Like what even is that, how does that happen?! 😳 Bugs, sketchy people hanging around outside. The ONLY positive is that it was close to the event we attended. That is the ONLY thing....not the location though, as far as the area of town. SKETCHY.

Worst stay not worth the headache

Horrendous. It smelled like cigarettes the entire time and the manager laughed in our faces when we complained. We were not told times for breakfast and how breakfast was served and only gave us granola bars and said it was our fault for not knowing the time for breakfast and said he shouldn’t have given us them in the first place.

Microwave tettering on half wall. Outlets without covers. Paint chipping from wall. We left and booked another hotel. I suggest Expedia remove this property from their site. We had our 16 month old with us and the room alone was very unsafe. Pool is also indefinitely shut down.

This property advertised free breakfast, yet their juice and coffee machine was down, and they only offered one singular granola bar to substitute. There was a roach in the hotel. It was noisy. They advertised a pool, but the pool was green, gross, and the area smelled like someone died recently. The bathroom was dirty and gross. Towels didn't smell clean. Found a was of hair in the shower before I ever used it.

The bathroom had no curtain. The ceiling plaster was literally falling into the bath tub. Some of the electrical outlets did no work and others the plug would come out by themselves. There were no garbage cans and the doors did not work properly. There were no blankets and the drawers on the cabinets were broken. Will never stay here again.

Terrible experience, well price is acceptable but place is terrible, In the week i stayed i did not sleep one night, the door will pop-up open, would not close from the inside the door had broken safety locks and two time I tried the key to open wouldn't work, place smells like cigar bar wish triggers my asthma, thanksfully i brought my inhaler, Couldn't shower properly there was no clean towels, the shower curtains and the holder were disgusting and were tearing apart. There was dust all over the bed frames and everywhere i could touch, there was no toilet paper. I asked for toiletries and towels and im home and still waiting for the response, I felt So uncomfortable the whole time especially in the bathtub was fixed by a tape, and there was holes in the walls and more indont have time to write all about ot cause i would never finish. #neveragain #dontbook #notworth #need new management

It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, the facilities are neglected and the rooms are really dirty. I had to ask for a room change because the first one they gave me was infested with cockroaches, the second there was a couple but I could no longer move to another hotel and I had to endure it there, what a nightmare. Not to mention the pool, it is disabled and closed. The room is not cleaned unless you ask for it, and the service is also terrible. I advise you to look for another place to stay.
