Room was dirty and roaches everywhere. Bathroom was dirty and was not cleaned from previous customer. Toliet had problems. I went to the office and they came and fixed toliet and tried to get rid of roaches. I asked to be moved to a new room and she did not move me. Also room had mold on walls.

Do not be fooled by pictures or what this property says. Do not book this property, should be condemned, This place is gross and very unsafe. We lasted 5 minutes before we left and never looked back. Seen things going on around the hotel that didn't look legal, and some ground floor doors looked like they were kicked in from the outside. Giant Cockroach in the toilet. Hair still in the tub, no words to explain the smell. Ceiling had a lot of brown stains, and parts of it were missing. Nobody should be listing this property on their site

It was in rough shape. Door to hotel was vandalized upon entry, lock inside was loose had to tighten, No smoke detector, wires hangin on wall, tub had mold in it . No phone to call front desk. Unable to sleep with loud noise from neighbor tv all night smell of smoke and weed all night long next to bus stop with bus noises all night . They do not refund or offer to move rooms . Man at front told us wrong breakfast time at check in the lady was nice to reopen juice and give us the one granola bar that is offered. Moved hotels the next night . Not a good night sleep . It is inexpensive to stay but you get what is paid for . Thought it would be a lot better but upon arrival and not able to get refund after checking in was frustrating. Glad orbitz was nice to get us away from there to a better place with same rates the rest of our nights.

You get what you pay for … or not.
, The shower never stopped dripping there were no replacement line available, grounds were filthy and broken. There was a gap all the way around our door, and the police and or EMTs were there four times in the four nights of our day.

Hotel is under construction, pool is not available, breakfast is only coffee and granola bars, no housekeeping, you have to come down to lobby every time you need to replace towels or other things. Homeless sleeping in the corners and on the stairs.

I can say positively that the room has good water pressure and hot water the bathroom was clean. But the carpet has such a bad smell that it becomes a challenge to enter the room, if you have respiratory problems you will die here. Burnt cigarette sheets, condoms pullers behind the TV many cockroaches. I'm almost sure this is a homeless shelter, not a hotel. Many homeless people on the property and people smoking drugs since morning. The hallways smell like urine and don't clean the common areas. It's unusual how expidia promotes this, the photos they have may be when they inaugurated it 50 years ago, it's misleading advertising

Check in was quick, however, it went down hill from there. My first room 225 (2nd floor) had the bathroom ceiling paint falling. It was on top of the toilet seat, the floor between the toilet and tub, as well as the tub. I went to the front desk, he apologized, and assign me another room 125 (1st floor), when I checked that room it had an awful smell, like mildew. Because it was on the first floor, I thought maybe water came in from outside from flooding. I returned again to the front desk. I got another room 136, it had small roaches in that room. The last room was 158, which also had small roaches. I gave quite a few chances but I was not pleased with the property, so the same night I requested a refund. The photos on Expedia were not anything like the property. Not sure if Expedia inspect the facilities that are being advertised on their website. I hope this is a case that they will start checking out the facilities. Also, another shocker was "Wyndham Orlando" was attached to their name, and since you "expect" certain things associated certain names, it was quite disappointing, very disappointing. This was the worst experience that I have ever had with a hotel through Expedia. In the past, I have always been pleased but now I have to question...
