3-star Lake Buena Vista resort walkable to Walt Disney World® Resort
This resort features 2 outdoor pools, a restaurant, and a bar/lounge. Free WiFi in public areas and a free theme park shuttle are also provided. Other amenities include a poolside bar, self parking, and concierge services.

Not Clean

I’m never a complainer but check in took forever. They said 3pm and it was 4pm. I just wanted to go in the room and relax. The bathroom wasn’t clean. Had to go out of my way to order Clorox and other cleaning supplies to clean the toilet and bathtub. The bathtub floor was stained and the sides of it too. I was disappointed especially staying inside of Disney.

Clean and Friendly Hotel

Check in/out was easy. Staff was friendly and helped with any questions. Rooms are really small but clean and comfortable. Swimming pools are clean and well stocked with towels.

Overall it was a great experience. The bus cycles are great. Minimal wait time. The laundromat was easy to use. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice resort. Clean and friendly staff as expected with any Disney resort property. However, the room was not very impressive. It was very small but not bad for one night. Also for the price we paid we would’ve expected a stocked fridge and/or some type of detail given that it was our honeymoon. So that was a bit disappointing. But all in all we had a good experience.
