This is a great place to stay while visiting Universal. About a mile from the park - you can walk or take a shuttle - very convenient. Staff and amenities were great and I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was fantastic and the entire staff and property was great! However, they charge $33.00 per night for parking which I find outrageous and is like extortion because their are no other options. Shameful

The hotel was lovely. I wish I could have stayed longer. The only downside was the elevators were not sufficient for the amount of people there. I don't know if one was broken, but the wait was very long and often too full once it arrived at my floor.

Wouldn't be my first choice for hotel stay.

Older facilities but well maintained. Service was very slow in Starbucks, Gelato shop and pizza shop. Very courteous check in staff. Room carpeting was worn and had several stains. Bed pillows were very odd. They appeared fluffy but flattened with use. Conveniently located to Universal and several restaurants.
