The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The hotel itself had a lot of places to relax e.g Starbucks on-site, an ice cream parkour, a pizza and burger spot, a games room, a pool, a hot tub, a restaurant (the meals were very tasty!) The clients were also very friendly. There was also a free shuttle service to Universal Studios. Will definitely stay there again😊

Went to Orlando to visit friends. The check in line took forever. Only two people working check and I stood in line for 30 minutes. The room was clean but smelled like mildew. The king size bed had a horrible mattress. Thin and old and Very Uncomfortable

The place is a very good location to the universal... we walk 18 mnt and enjoyable. Wish that they have microwave or Hot water dispenser.

Im giving this an excellent based on the price and location. The room was a good size, clean and the beds were comfortable. Air con was loud but fresh so no complaints. The bathrom was tired but clean. The room smelled a bit musty but it is florida and i've stayed in room that cost alot more with that similar smell. We only stayed for one night, arrived around 10.30. There was a bit of a queue for check in and onky 2 staff so waited maybe 25 mins, they were friendly though. I never used the pool ir other amenities. We paid about £90 for the night which was good value.

Property is good, 15-18 min walking to Universal. There is some restaurants and a Walgreens close too. They have a shuttle to Universal 3 times in the morning and 3 times in the evening.

I didnt like that you have to pay for parking 31 a night! It should be free or a smaller fee since you're already paying to stay at the hotel.

Checked into my first room but found a large amount of hair on the floor.. in betwen the beds were shards of black glass? Went back downstairs and got another room. It was cleaner. Property is a little older- but met the needs we needed it for.

Worst place to check-in
Took over an hour to check in. Once keys were provided it took 4 times going back and forth to front desk to get key cards activated. Had to wait for Security to come set the key pad right which took another 30 minutes trying to check into my room.
