I will never stay at this hotel again in my life whether it be here in Orlando or home where I reside. I spent 5 days here. My son got all bit up and on the fourth day we found out we had bed bugs all over and the only thing this hotel wanted to do was pay for me to wash my clothes and then complain that I had used too many dryers which was 5, The reason for the many dryers was to get rid of the bugs off our clothes, using the high heat

They gave me a room that had wet carpet and smelled like dog pee. I requested a new room, which they provided the following night. The staff were great, but this experience with the first room doesn’t make me want to return to this property again.

I'm not a dog mom. Everyone isn't a lover of dogs and the hotel was full of them. My daughter has allergies so her night was a bit stressful not to mention the fact that as we were walking through the lobby a dog pooped right in front of us. However, overall we had a great time and I will definitely be back

Tips=to insure prompt service Dont automaticly add a tip on everything from breakfast to a glass of wine... then ask if i want to leave a tip Buffet breakfast wasnt worth $110 for 3. But the biggest kicker is thar i was at the hotel all day and couldnt get a glass of wine or beer until 6pm. Great job of chasing guest off site during the day... and at night we left the hotel to try different restaurants.
