We had to be moved from our first room due to a water leak. Only to find the second room had the same problem. The whole place has an odor. It’s an older property and really needs a remodel.

Good option near UCF
Overall, it's fine, and it's very convenient to UCF. You can walk to several places to eat or have a drink. The staff, especially the servers and bartenders, are excellent! Super friendly. Front desk staff, too. The problem with the hotel is that it is old, and it's starting to show its age in the rooms more so than the lobby. But a good place to stay if you have an event at UCF.

The walls are so thin you can hear conversations from adjacent rooms. Beds are the worst ever, breakfast cost was a joke for powdered eggs. Mice all around entrance, one tried to come in. Rooms are old and tile grout was gross. For 206 a night others in the area blow this hotel away with their rooms and service. This hotel needs a remodel.

Good stay overall. The only negative the rooms do not have a mini fridge to keep drinks cold. Other than that room was good. Comfortable bed and decent size bathroom. Onsite dining and bar within the hotel.

I have stayed here twice and had issues with the air conditioning unit both times. The first time the AC didn’t work properly and maintenance came and didn’t resolve the issue. The second time the heat would not work and water dripped from the unit itself. I love staying here as the staff is great. The property clearly needs to be updated.

I wanted to like it here, but it was just so-so. The property/building/room is definitely aging and not in a good way. There was a strong sulfur odor and I’m sensitive to smells so it made me nauseous. But we were only there for one night before an early flight.
