Some one hit my car on the parking lot and no one want to speak with us on the lobby and take my 30 min and after 30 min said me, we are not responsible for your accident and hotel can’t do anything just pay your parking $25 nightly and sleep unsecured, OK

It was just, ok…. Certain amenities advertised were not available. Pool side bar wasn’t open, very loud construction all afternoon, interrupting a “relaxing” pool environment. Loose pavers around pool. Sink was wonky in room suite, with no soap or supplies to dry your hands. Handle fell off shower handle in the bathroom. Pack of extra blanket and pillow was opened, so it was unclear if they were used… requested a new set.

Clean rooms great service at the restaurant. Not a whole lot of options for breakfasts but since it is included it is fine. The place was quiet and not crowded. I’ll come back again
