Excellent service and very friendly staff. Breakfast and evening services were awesome. we really didn't have to eat outside during our stay until we checkout :). Have stayed in all other hotels like Hilton, holiday inn and ramada etc. they don't even stand close to this hotel. Hope they keep their standards consistent.

The good: free drinks and apps from 5:30-7 was awesome. The staff was extremely friendly, with the exception of one lady during the breakfast buffet. My wife had asked her to clean a table (we actually removed all the plates that were there that someone left) we just needed her to wipe it down. She said why don’t you look for another table on the other side? The manager was close by and quickly stepped in and wiped it down. He was great. Location was great as well. Very close to theme parks The bad: Room was only ok. Nothing special, but not bad. Room was warm, a/c never dropped under 70. Our bathroom had a slight water running noise all night. We will definitely be back, next time with a portable fan!!

Very comfortable. The bed was a little softer than typical hotel mattresses and (at least our queen bed) had a fitted bottom sheet! No feet wrinkles! The room was clean and quiet too.

This stay did not meet our previous expectations!!
We did not have trash bags in any of our trash cans, the toilet ran constantly, breakfast was the same everyday, and we left for the day with the heater on low knowing it would be freezing when we got back (it was extremely cold outside on 12/22/24) and wanted the room to be at a comfortable temperature to take a shower but when we got back (at 11PM) the ac was on 64. Needless to say we had to wait a good 45-60 minutes for the room to warm up before showering.

I liked the pool in the hotel and the spa/hot tub I also like the free breakfast 😋😋. I also really liked the free popcorn and snacks they served. Also the people were really nice. Even the room was big and cozy, I also really like the convenience because it is very close to Universal and how you can take a bus there. Overall 5 stars
