I booked the room stating there would 6 of us traveling which is why I booked the room with two doubles and a pull out couch. We checked in without a problemā€¦no one in line in front of us at all. Got to the room and it was more like a hotel room that they had turned into a meeting room. The ā€œliving roomā€ area had a long table with 8 office chairs around it and there was even a dry erase board hung on the wallā€¦..no pull out couch. I went back to the front desk and was told they were completely sold out and there was nothing they could do but bring a fold out bed to put in the corner. Fine whatever. Then we sat on the beds and there was sand or dirt on the beds like someone had been in there with their shoes on. After a long day at the parks we all needed to charge our phones but lo and behold half the outlets didnā€™t work or the lamp on the nightstand. And here was the kickerā€¦in the morning my son went down to use the bathroom because all of us girls were in the room getting ready and got stuck in the elevator for 15 minutes while it went up all the way up and then slowly bounced down like the damn tower of terror. The kid at the front desk was less than concerned and only said ā€œyeah, he called from the elevatorā€¦.maintenance is on the wayā€. What?!? Like when? And I got ā€œI donā€™t know theyā€™re on the wayā€ I did get a text asking how my stay was around noon and when I explained the situations we had, they stopped responding to me. At least breakfast was free!

The stay was great. Loved the hotel and breakfast only reason Iā€™m giving 4 stars is because the bathroom was dirty. We did book a suite with a king bed and were given two queen beds but honestly we didnā€™t care to much about that. Would stay here and recommend to friends and family just please make sure to have the cleaning crew properly clean bathrooms.

Room 812. There was what looked like pet hair on the bedspread so we did not use. These are lightweight enough to be washed after EVERY guest. The shower curtain had hair from previous guest on it. The shower gel ran so low we had to use our hand soap for bathing. The toilet ran longer than it should after each flush. The breakfast kitchen staff did not look pleased to be working and this is not the type of people I want in charge of my food. The 5-6:30pm bartenders were really nice and kept the line moving quickly. The pool area was well kept. The area surrounding the hotel felt safe and was very entertaining. Other than I felt the need to purchase wipes to disinfect my room (remotes, handles, etc.) the stay was decent.
