Desperately needs coffee upgrade

Comfy, clean and safe hotel with direct access to Cranes Roost walking path. Only issue is the coffee and access to it during the day. The coffee is bland and bitter. As a coffee lover and caffeine junkie this coffee was swill.

The restaurant staff was rude and unhelpful; the reception did not assist us at all and failed to provide any options. Although the premises are great, the poor service makes you not want to return. We do not recommend this place.
