I have been a long time customer of Embassy suites & have always experienced high quality, level of service from this hotel. I was extremely disappointed that we were not informed that the hotel grounds were under renovation - prior to our stay, which made traveling with a baby and a senior citizen extremely inconvenient. finding parking was also a mess as we had to park in the adjacent property & walk a distance to this hotel. I will be staying at Embassy Suites in the future but i do not think that i will ever stay at this one again.

Sleeper sofa’s bedding not installed and when reached the front desk, staff suggested going and pick it up or waiting for security to bring it; the package in the closet was previously used and found last guests food receipts folded in the mattress. The front desk staff was very unwelcoming, always using a tone and attitude like if I was a kindergartener.
