Sad for a newer facility

Water was cold for shower. Room was not clean even though it was fairly new. Bath tub stop didnt work and room was not ready e en though they gave us the keys. Went through 3 service staff before finding someone who spoke english. Very sad as rhe facility is inly a little a year old

Privacy breach

Everything was excellent except for the maids entering the room even though we had a sign on the door. Knowing someone was in my room without me there and without my permission is very unsettling.
