Before I arrived I called for early check in was told that was okay. Got there at 1pm and had to wait in lobby til 4 to get a room. Once in the room that sleeps 6 we had 4 towels had to call and get more and the room smelled like a basement or old carpet. I came for my sons 7th birthday was not informed of the renovation the kiddie pool was closed one of the reasons I booked. At 5:30pm they do snack we noticed a roach at the juice machine informed a worker not sure if they did anything he walked over then walked away. Seen another the next day this time dead in front of the bar area where they do the waffles informed a worker again. Was over the trip after all of this but made the best of it for my son.

Check in was good and the free breakfast was great with Mickey waffles and an omelette station. However our room was not. First room the bedframe was broken we spoke to management and he was very kind and switched our room right away. The second room outlets had glue holding together cracks totally unsafe, missing a shower curtain, poor draining of sinks and toilet not flushing well. Overall not the best quality

Great location and staff
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food at the restaurant was good and convenient. Beds were comfortable. Quiet at night. Made to order omelets were ok but not great. The $75 deposit was not revealed to me until I was there to check in. That was a little irritating being I was there for a family vacation and on a budget but it all worked out. Over all I loved the hotel and location.
