Our room was nice, we’ve stayed at this location before, and enjoyed it so much we cameback. 1st off the room smelt musty, asked the front desk as we left about getting the filter changed, they completed while we were out. That and the $35 valet or $25 for self parking nightly fee was the only negatives. Breakfast is part of the hotel fees and the sausage links are the normal short fat breakfast sausages, pancakes or french toast, eggs and some seasoned potatoes! Now i will say the eggs and potatoes were much better cooked during the week vs weekend, but also there is an omelette station also included and can customized with several options and made to order right in front of you, the guys doing it are quick, efficient and make one hell of a good omelette. The location is perfect just couple minutes drive from Disney Springs, Hotels, and Typhoon Lagoon. Rooms allow you to log-in to your netflix and other streaming services to watch on-demand or local channels which is nice for down time after a long day in the parks and big dinner.

This Hotel is an embarrassment to Hilton
The rooms were very tired and run down and in need of renovation. Carpets did not look as if they’d been vacuumed or shampooed in a very long time. Hotel was poorly maintained. We had to switch rooms and in both cases the door knobs did not work (the entire handle came off as it was not screwed on and the other was non functional and would not unlock for entry in to the room). Some of the gates around the perimeter did not lock causing poor overnight security. The A/C fan was inoperable and the fan did not turn on when needed. Pre stay arrangements were made and upon arrival we waited over 2 hours at night as the promised room was not available. The rates we were quoted and billed with a third party was not billed properly upon checkout. This entire stay was a total embarrassment to the Hilton Brand.

I have stayed at this hotel over 25 times in the past 6 years. I stay here almost exclusively every time I visit Disney which is quite often. Both my family and I love staying here. It has everything you could ask for in a hotel; a courteous and accomodating staff, a clean safe environment, entertainment for children breakfast and snacks, its no more than 10 minutes from Disney, good food, a great pool etc. I can't say enough good things about the Embassy Suites. I can only say that I can't wait for my next visit.

Hotel is terrible!
My experience at this hotel was terrible, the worst stay of my life. The room is awful, with disgusting issues in the bathroom, and the staff is rude and inefficient. At check-in, I was promised that I would be transferred to the room I had booked on Hotels.com, but no one followed up, and no assistance was provided. Additionally, there are discrepancies between the fees listed on the website and those charged by the hotel. I am traveling with my pregnant wife and pets, after a 10-hour drive, seeking comfort for my family, but the experience ruined our trip. None of the promises were fulfilled.
