Went for a weekend getaway that was much needed. When we arrived at the room it was awesome but the shower was difficult to turn on and the bed gave us severe back pains. On the plus side the did provide pots,pan's, dishes, cups ect the only thing you have to supply is food.

Checked in and at 6 am the next morning they started hammering next door putting in new flooring. Told management and they said that there apartments and hotels together and they can’t stop it. Got up and left came back that night to our toilet over flowed and poop on floor. They, after arguing and fighting, moved us and it was better. I just think they were rude and the place was dated

I enjoyed my stay here. Had some issues with my room, however the small lady at the front desk trued her veey best to fix/address my issues. I appreciated that. I hate that they advertised safe but there's an additional fee to use the safe. I've stayed at quite a number of hotels n never been told that foolishness. I think if you have people going in & out of people's room, it becomes the hotel's responsibility to provide a means of security for their guests. If anything was stolen, I would have taken legal actions. They should reconsider. That is a stupid policy. Otherwise, I had a lovely time at the hotel.

Staff was unprofessional room wasn't ready by time of check in then after 1 hour of wait they found me a dirty outdated room nothing like the picture when back to front desk to complain lady was extremely rude and said that the room was like that because i book through expedia. Ask to speak to manager she ended up looking for a different room after another 30 min wait time room was still outdated but a little better until i found a roach in the bed. The hotel bar was always close and the hotel restaurant close 2pm. Indoor pool had mold around the edges.i dont recommend this hotel to anyone unless they doing Airbnb which my friend had her room book from and was really nice.

Best value and location we have found
So happy with the location and quality for the price. We flew in and never needed a vehicle in that area. Pools and hot tubs clean, great looking and all Working! Got more in room features than expected as well. We will probably never book a different place in Orlando area again.

One of the hotel clerk's was nice, however, the others were not. I'd like to give a special thanks to the hotel manager who accommodated me due to a physical ailment, it did not go unrecognized. Also, the hotel was co-operative in allowing us to leave early due to a medical emergency, this was also greatly appreciated.

Front desk not very friendly, property is terribly outdate, rooms had gnats and appliances are broken, old, and torn up. Televisions are outdated and channels don't work. Outlet had no cover and when flickers on and off. Furniture needs to be thrown away. Room service does not come every three days. Head housekeeper Mrs. Tracy is the sweetest and tries to correct any issues brought to her including maintenance. The best thing I experienced was the two outside pools. I wouldn't recommend anyone book here until renovations are complete.

Room service are only one time we staying Saturday to Wednesday also tha door lock card is very hard to open at list 10-15 min to get open.i went to front office for twice in stay 4 days. Using same bed sheets and same towels until we leave

The unit are in a lot more terrible condition than the photos show. When we arrived we were locked out for 20 minutes. Got in the room everything was at least 20 years old. The beds were absolutely awful and we travel a lot so we’re used to all sorts of beds but these were really old and needed replacing. The cabinets were falling apart, the fridge had dirty and crap on the sides of it and the drawer was busted. The AC barely worked. The shower the hot and cold was backwards almost burned a kid. Was missing a lot of stuff to do basic cooking . Pay a little more for a better place. Also the shuttle they offered is $9 per person extra to universal and 18 for Disney (cheaper for Lyft it’s $11-12 for a big suv to universal. Definitely wasn’t worth it
