We booked this property based on the photos. We were highly disappointed with our home. The pool did not look like the photos. It had no hot tub, it was dirty and in the shade. As well, you needed to pay $60us a day to heat the pool with a minimum of 2 days. When we asked about the home they said the photos is just advertising. As well, we had rear neighbours who partied and blasted music from midnight until 10am every night. We called security and nothing was done until the Next morning, and then it continued every night. Overall the home is huge and water park is nice, but not worth the price of the stay.

I want to like this property but there are a few things that would cause me to pause before rebooking. The pool and water park was clean and fun. Would be back for these two amenities. The house felt a little dirty due to older carpet. I think new carpet would make it feel a lot cleaner. The beds were comfortable. The couch in the living room was extremely uncomfortable. If you plan to cook, you’ll have to buy everything! Besides a few courtesy coffee packets, you’ll be running to Walmart for nearly all your cooking basics. In other airbnbs there is the potential of salt and pepper, sugar, maybe some cooking spray. Not here. It’s a bit of nuisance but thankfully Walmart is right down the road. However the traffic on the main road and between the club house and the neighborhood is extremely busy. I would never let my kids cross the street to go rent a basketball or go to the waterpark. The shuttle to universal studios was easy to book and convenient. However the last departure time was too early. We wanted to stay until the park closed so we needed an uber to get back which was about $100 at that time of night. All in all the vacation was a great time, however because of the few things mentioned above I would probably look for something else the next time we travel to Florida.

Showers dirty, towels and sheets had stains, pool and hot tub dirty and the property had trash everywhere and water park was definitely showing the age and lifeguards sitting reading book at kiddie area it was not at all how it used to be I used to love this place it has definitely changed for the worse unfortunately

This property was exciting to stay in because of the amazing amenities, including a big house for a family. The pool was excellent. My children had lots of fun. The kitchen allow you the opportunity to make your own food and conveniently provided all utensils. The community is safe to walk And lots of fun activities, including the waterpark. The home we stayed in had an arcade and a themed room. The kids really enjoyed the experience. I would highly recommend if you have a family that you stay in this property because of the amenities and the safety and opportunities to go to amusement parks in Orlando area.

I liked that the property, .accommodated, a large group. I did not like that. We tried to do early check in and they forgot about us until I went to the front desk and ask again. I did not like that.You had to pay for clean towels. I did not like that they would not give you any more toilet paper or paper towels. It was virtually impossible to watch TV because of the WI. Fi would kick off every 2 or 3 minutes. We're also told that we had to strip all the linen off the bed and put it downstairs, and then we had to take all the towels and gathered them and put them all downstairs.

Property was nice but front desk staff was not very knowledgeable and unhelpful for the most part. Paid additional money to get the pool headed at the tune of $68 per night only for the hot tub to stop working and the pool to never really warm up. The first night it looked like it was beginning to warm up and the rest of the trip it was freezing cold. Called the front desk with issues 3 different times. House was very dusty, in very obvious area like the night stands. Property was newer but don’t think I would visit again.

I've stayed here a few times. Decent option when you have lots of people. The more people the more its worth it Pros: house size, safe location, waterpark, clean, convenient Cons: staff couldn't get wifi in house to work, also couldn't get the directv to work either. So literally nothing worked on any tv in the house. Wasn't a huge deal for me (this trip) but the directv has only worked 1 time of the 3 different stays I've had at this place and this time the wifi didnt work at all either so that's certainly an ongoing issue. 6 bathrooms all with showers only 1 tub. Again not issue for me this trip but maybe useful info for others with more little kids. Plenty of houses in neighborhood so this may just be this one property. Heated pool in backyard is nice, some backyard pools better than others, but costs $60 per day extra and cannot just be one night, has to be on for 2 or more days (extra charge for heated pool clearly stated to be fair, but definitely something they could do for free considering the current price point paid and the fact its actually cold only like 5 days per year in Orlando). The air hockey table in my house had seen better days, saying it turned on is factual, so it likely passes the inspection every time, but it isn't quite working good enough to play

Love love love. We were in a 6 bedroom with a bonus game/theatre room. The private pool and hot tub was a game changer. We barely even went to the water park it was so comfy and relaxing in our house (when we weren’t at parks). It was clean and spacious. We had a gazebo and grill area in our backyard. We had some issues with the pool heater at first but they had it fixed within 24 hrs. Was safe and quiet. My new fav place

I recently stayed at this resort, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The water heater broke twice, and even after supposed repairs, half of the showers still had no hot water. We had a packed schedule at the parks, yet we were asked to move to another unit late at night with a house full of kids and other adults—an unreasonable request. They assured us the water heater would be fixed immediately, but the next day, a technician simply came and ordered parts, leaving us without a functioning water heater. To make matters worse, alarms kept going off near the locked-up water heater, adding to the chaos. The staff didn’t seem to care. Every time we complained, we got the same response: “We’re working on it.” But nothing was ever fixed we had no heated showers for the full length of our stay except one down stairs. It felt like the entire resort was falling apart, and management was just ignoring it. For the price we paid, this was unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this resort to anyone unless they want to spend their vacation dealing with constant issues. Save your money and book somewhere else!

Good, just find out which unit you are in

The house itself was new and very nice. Having laundry and a full kitchen was great. However the amenities of the resort were not what I was expecting. The water park was only open until 6pm and there were no other pool options available so there was no swimming once we got done with parks or dinner. Our unit was a few minutes drive from the actual resort hub and right next to the interstate and the noise from the traffic from the main highway was enough to keep us awake every night. It was so set apart that it didn’t feel like it was actually part of the resort and it was pretty inconvenient because traffic can be very terrible in the area. Overall we were pretty disappointed in the actual resort experience, but the house was nice. Your drive to the parks will be 30 min to 1 hour everyday due to traffic, so just plan for that.

The house we received had mouse droppings in bathroom. Complained to front desk and they said that the manager would contact me. The manager never contacted me during my stay. We paid $200 dollars for the pool to be heated for three days.never got heat the first day . I called many times to have someone check it if it was working. The next day I called to complain again a few more times around 3:45pm someone finally came to check and got the heat on. When we returned from dinner . The heat was good. The next day the pool was so hot it was not comfortable. We were told the hot tub would be 101 and the pool around 89. The pool was way hotter than 89. The front desk was friendly said I would not be charged for the first day of heat . Unfortunately I have not received any compensation.really I think they should refund the whole amount of the heat for the pool. I was also told I would get compensation for the mess in the bathroom. None has been give.
