The house was totally unacceptable for the amount charged.. the smell, dust, dirty floors, dirty stairs, poor bathroom conditions were unacceptable. So sad that owners take no pride in how the property is taken care of. I will not stay in this facility because of dirty house. I was grossed out but because hurrican Milton gave us no choice to stay we were greatful to find a place, but we know why it was available....no one wants to stay in a dirty place... i paid $1004 bucks for 3 nights...owners should take better care of this house.

Plenty of room in this house! It was decorated very nicely with 4 regular bedrooms and 2 kid themed (Mickey and Star Wars) bedrooms. The garage was decorated with cool murals and had a pool table and foosball table. Unfortunately, we could not use the pool or gas grill due to the weather (Hurricane Milton).

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience with Encore Properties. Aesthetically, the property was great; however, there were discrepancies between the property I thought I booked and what we actually received upon arrival. I believe Expedia's booking site could use more clarity. If you're planning to bring your family, make sure to double-check that you're booking the exact property you want before making any payments. We booked what we thought was a 4-bedroom house with a private pool. Upon arrival, not only did we find out that we were not getting the property we expected, but we also had to drive an additional mile from the main property site, which featured all the advertised amenities, such as the gym, waterpark, etc. Instead, we were directed to a resort labeled "Reunion." I specifically booked this property so my children could enjoy a private pool during our 4-day stay. Unfortunately, there was no pool, and we ended up right next to a busy interstate. The noise from the highway was so loud that my parents couldn’t sleep, and we had to book them a hotel, which cost us extra money. This was extremely inconvenient. When we contacted support, they did nothing to help and even attempted to charge us an additional $500 to move to another property. All in all, I highly recommend doing your due diligence when booking with this property. Confirm everything to avoid an experience like ours. I rented a 9 bedroom house and when I got there none of the tv had connection . Around midnight one of bathroom inside the bedroom faucet broke cause the hot water to run nonstop. We had to move to another house around 3am because that problem couldn’t be fixed. The a/c second floor temperature was only at 75f making that floor hot at least for my standards.

This is my second time staying here and it still does not disappoint. The staff was great and accommodating. I arrived early in the morning and they refunded me the previous night stay without asking. The property was clean and as always comfortable. I will continue to stay here anytime I visit.

The unit needs a lot of updates. I had pest issues My hot tube services was delayed . The individual pool at each unit was great. The waterpark and amenities was great. Staff was friendly and eager to resolve all problems.
