Water pressure was pretty lame, the door handle on the bathroom was taped on and fell off as soon as we tried to use it! Who tapes a handle onto a door? When we went to have breakfast most of the food was gone, so we went to WaWa instead.

The staff was kind and the facility adequate. Our room showed signs of age and poorly done repairs on drywall (bathroom), mildew removal (shower) and stained carpet. Still, it was quiet, everyone friendly and the breakfast was a great start to the day.

A different Holiday Inn Express

If you are looking for a typical Holiday Inn Express, this is not it. It is being renovated from an older resort type hotel. It does not have the typical Holiday Inn Express vibe. Front desk staff was excellent. Our room was made up daily, however we had to call fro towels one day. The multiple building thing was a little weird. Would I stay here again? Probably not.

Property was ok for the price and purpose. Family of four going to Disney parks. About a 20min drive by uber to all parks, not really walking distant to any place since there’s no side walks. A couple amenities around hotel/ resort. Complimentary breakfast was 10/10. Overall good stay, staff was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Just the city of Orlando is not very convenient as far as walking from hotels to stores, markets for supplies needed. Great place to stay overall, since all the hotels are kinda the same distance from parks.
