"The reception staff was very professional and welcoming. The hotel itself is old but well-maintained and clean. Unfortunately, a major downside was the people smoking marijuana near the side entrances, which made the environment feel uncomfortable at times. If management could address this issue, it would improve the overall experience."

My stay was ok. I think the hotel needs to updated. My room's carpet had red stains and the room had a stale cigarette smell. The refrigerator made loud noises and the furniture and decor looked pretty bad.

Let me first say that the front desk persons were extremely nice!! When we first arrive there was an altercation in the parking lot between a man and a women. Next we get our room and ther was a roach in the bathtub. Beds are not comfortable. It was listed as a 4 star on Expedia but shout be a 1 ot 2. I don’t recommend this property at all.

You get what you pay for unfortunately

The entire hotel had a foul smell. It needed updating badly. The bed was horrible. The toilet seat was falling off. The shower head was broken. The staff was wonderful and sent out maintenanc to help and offer us an upgraded room on the third floor. But still, the hallway smelled poorly and the bounce on the bed Would not allow two of us Any quality sleep. They advertise breakfast however it is prepackaged very small off brand tasteless muffins .The staff was kind to refund us all but one night change

The property was dirty and I’m desperate need of renovation. I would not recommend this hotel. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that cleanliness and comfort were not priorities. A dead roach in the dresser drawer was just the beginning. The room had a persistent bad smell, and the fridge was turned off overnight, causing my groceries to spoil. The cleanliness of the room and the outside area were both subpar, with litter and debris in the parking lot. The noise level was unbearable, with a heavy door slamming all night and paper-thin walls letting in every sound from neighboring rooms. There were also questionable individuals propping doors open with rocks, further adding to the uneasy atmosphere. The bed and pillows were extremely thin, and there were no extras to make the stay more comfortable. Broken furniture, outdated appliances, and a lack of basic amenities like coffee made it clear that this place is a poor value for the price. The website’s photos and description were a complete misrepresentation of what to expect. I would not stay here again.
