Bed comfort was great. Internet access was great. Room was clean. Didn't use transport but traffic would be almost horrible. (typical Orlando). Toilet lid took some force to open/close. Hot water faucet (sink) was very low pressure. 2 TV's was unusual but nice and TV in LR was way to large for seating distance. Staff was okay but no local maps nor any entertainment brochures available.

I live out of state now and this hotel is in the perfect spot. Not far from my parents and in Millena my favorite shopping area. Me and my husband will be back. The 2 young ladies on staff that night (July 12 after 8pm) were very helpful too.

Nothing in the room tangible for me to see if room service is offered and/or local places I can eat at or order from. Wish there were more coffee pods. The room is clean and spacious enough for me. The bed is perfect but I would add something that would assist in keeping the curtains from separating allowing some light to come in.

Excellent staff. They have chocolate chip cookies. Team members were extremely accommodating. Breakfast was not too good. They need to cook their sausage longer because gray looking sausage is not the move. Orange juice was horrible too. Muffins were excellent. Ham and cheese croissants were phenomenal. Location is good. Near a WaWa.

Great place for newer hotel

We stayed here for the Fourth of July weekend and it was great. We were greeted by a great hostess. She gave us all the info for firework celebrations in the area. The facility is new and clean . Breakfast was awesome for a continental setting . The location is close to Millenia mall and restaurants.
