The property was close to the parks. There wasn’t much traffic around the hotel. There was a Duncan, Starbucks, Walgreens and Target one minute away as well as a Mexican, Italian and Mediterranean restaurant within walking distance. The area was quiet. We didn’t wait in line at Duncan.

good hotel, close to disney

the hotel was good for the price. Clean and new. Good area and close to disney. I did not see any shuttles nor was I advised of the service but we drove there. The breakfast was good but a lot of people so long lines. I think a grab and go option (like muffins or donuts, or fruit) would have been a nice option but everything was warm or sit down.
