Good economical choice
Fairfield is a nice, economical option close to Disney. Because the hotel is newer, things are in good condition. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was actually really good and a little different each day. But, each day you could make Mickey waffles! The room itself is small, with not a lot of drawers. Additionally, the sink is not separated from the shower/toilet area. If you have numerous people trying to get ready this may be a problem. But, I would definitely stay here again for the price, convenience, and included breakfast.

Great customer service from front desk to breakfast crew. Only complaint was having some small ants in bathroom by shower and on dresser and floor under tv. We pretty much just slept and showered in the room. We ate a couple snacks and everything we drank had a cap, so I know we weren't the cause.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay for the weekend when we went to Disney World. The hotel was nice and clean, loved the restaurant by the pool. Our room was spacious and came with plenty of towels and wash cloths. Only downside was the check in receptionist didn’t advise of the security hold per day on my card. I just so happened to call down and ask and then he told me. He was polite, but not as friendly as what I’ve experienced with Marriott in the past.

Overall had a good experience at the hotel. Staff was friendly and room was clean. The only issue I had was when I checked my bill, they had charged me for parking even though I didn’t even have a car during my stay. They fixed it immediately though when I brought it to their attention.

Okay stay in Orlando.
The building was fairly new and area was pretty good. There is a Target across the street and several restaurants. The hotel is 15 to 25 minutes from most Disney parks during peak hours. Keep this in mind when you are booking your hotel. Universals and SeaWorld is further away. The housekeeping staff could use some improvement. They were supposed to service the room every other day. However, they did not show up as expected. Even after informing the front desk for the following day to make up, they did not show up.
