SAFETY CONCERN Now on my recent stay there was an incident relating to safety. My partner had a slip and fall in the shower BECAUSE the tubs are slippery as you’re showering. They didn’t have no traction mats or a hold bar that could have prevented the fall. I understand some rooms are assessable for you to choose on purchasing a room and have those features in the shower but does that mean the other rooms without assessable features is safe for guests as well?? As I reported it, I was told to get a call back from the managers in the morning as it happen at night. Fast forward to the next day I am waiting for my call. Two hours go by. I go to the front desk to follow up and they said give them some time to reach back to me. So I did. Almost another two hours go by with no follow up so I went back to the desk asking are the managers available yet? At this point I felt like our safety concern was not taken seriously. The manager finally gets out and starts asking me questions related to the incident. In the end the company didn’t admit fault. She asked me if there is anything they can do and I asked well we’re in need of medical attention but is the company going to help wit the costs? She replied to file an injury claim through my insurance. The manager didn’t even make us feel better. It was useless talking to her. I was doing this for behalf of my partner as she was injured and a has a hard time walking. This was a bad experience for us to go through. Please stay safe.

This hotel is a great place to stay if you're visiting the parks. It’s clean, and the staff is very helpful. However, one downside is the loud music at the pool starting at 8 AM. If you’re hoping to sleep in after a long night at the parks, the music will definitely wake you up. I understand the need for music when there are guests at the pool, but it seems excessive to blast it at maximum volume when no one is there. As for breakfast, it was just okay. The Mickey waffles were the highlight, but the eggs were a bit watered down.

Nous avions 4 nuits à cet hôtel. Nous l’avions choisi puisque sur leur annonce ils mentionnaient avoir des transports vers Disney. La première fois nous avons réservé et attendu 1 heure, mais personne n’est jamais venu nous chercher. La deuxième fois impossible d’avoir de la place. C’était toujours complet. Nous avons eu une infestation de petites fourmis à nourriture que nous avons constaté le deuxième matin. Il n’y avait pourtant pas de nourriture dans la chambre mis à part la boite de lait du bébé. Elles sont entrées dedans et nous avons dut la jeter. Nous avons dut demander 3 fois pour avoir un “crib” pour le bébé. L’air climatisé faisait un bruit infernal et la porte de notre chambré était brisée. Nous voyageons beaucoup et c’est la première fois que je prends le temps d’écrire un commentaire négatif sur l’hôtel. Cependant beaucoup de choses nous ont déçus et au point d’en impacter notre expérience et notre voyage. Une hôtel que je ne recommanderais pas.
