Very close to outlet mall, restaurant on site was really good and other options pretty much on the parking lot and what isn't is a very easy walk. Property is showing its age , it was clean but needed work in the rooms

My son truly enjoy the mickey waffle! It was always a full breakfast with families. Notice no boiled eggs. Also, only one elevator is working, which were inconvenient to many especially for those who are on higher level.

Got charged twice for one night!
Got charged twice for one night! Booked with Hotels.com and when I got there they could not find my booking. They finally said they found it and then I see an extra charge on my credit card statement but by another Marriott. Per front desk supervisor, this other Marriott handles the transactions for this hotel. Neither Hotels.com or the hotel has accepted to refund my extra charge. RIDICULOUS!

The property was very clean and well suited for our needs. I came with a group of kids on a field trip and the hotel accommodated us being in rooms near once another. The real star was Taj, the front desk worker that night. He helped with all of my room check-ins, the luggage, cleaning and supposing of our trash after dinner in the dining area, and all of our other needs. He was AMAZING to say the least. Then later on in the night when I needed Benadryl and walked to the courtyard next door, Taj was there again helping me out. He was personable, kind, did his job extremely well and made sure we had everything we needed for our stressful night. Taj should get all the awards, raises, etc. He made the stay a 15/10 for us. Thanks Taj! :):)

During my recent stay at the Fairfield at Buena Vista, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon check-in, we were greeted by Ralph, who was notably rude and unhelpful. To add to the frustration, the hotel did not have the room we had originally booked, forcing us to settle for a room with two smaller beds than expected. As we arrived at the room, we noticed a persistent leak just outside the door, with maintenance working there for the entire duration of our stay. Additionally, the toilet in our room did not flush properly, the blinds wouldn’t close fully, and the overall condition of the room was subpar. After raising these concerns, we were moved to a room on the fourth floor, which turned out to be extremely hot, and the new room had its own set of issues, including a dirty bathroom and an unpleasant odor. Despite these problems, we chose to stay to avoid further inconvenience. To top it off, we were overcharged, paying $400 instead of the original $322 quoted price. This stay was a disappointing experience from start to finish.
