If your room is on the side facing I4 prepare to get no sleep. I was constantly awoken by trucks and cars on the interstate. The hotel shuttle to the parks is also incredibly inconvenient and almost impossible to book. I ended up paying $26 a day for parking at the hotel and then an additional $30 per day at the parks because I could never get the shuttle. The WiFi there is also terrible, it was so slow things wouldn’t load at all. I ended up using cell data the entire time. For the price, I would definitely look elsewhere

We just stayed here for a family trip to Disney. We stayed 6 nights and loved our time there! There was a shuttle available, nice pool, great included breakfast, fun park and activities, good gym, loved our room (we had bunk beds for the kids). The staff were lovely. Our stay helped make our trip fabulous.

We didn’t really like that the one elevator in the back of the property was out of order: so we had to walk most way around the building. And the transportation bus they had broke down on the way to the park. It was fixed but they packed that bus so full that it was also very uncomfortable.

I was charged for 2 days of parking even though I didn't have a car and told them at check in that I didn't have a car. When I pointed out the mistake and asked her to take the charges off, she only took one off and left the second parking charge. Bad customer service!

The hotel is pretty basic. Fine for our purposes. My complaint is that the hotel was really cold. That may be great in the summer but, it was 50 degrees. Our room heater didn’t work well, either. We told the desk as we left. We set the heat to 73 and it never got to 70.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful, but I will say the restaurant makes their own hours. Which was very disappointing when we had planned on eating there after we got back from the park and they were there and wouldn’t open the doors and it was two hours before closing. When I asked the front desk. They said sometimes they just close early.
