Unfortunately, our experience at your establishment was far from satisfactory. The room appeared unclean, with an unpleasant odor, and there was a complete lack of privacy. Before completing our check-out, we found our room open and locked in a way that prevented us from closing it, leaving all our belongings exposed. This situation was deeply unpleasant and has left us with significant concerns about returning in the future. We appreciate the opportunity to share our experience and hope you take the necessary steps to prevent similar issues for other guests.

Really like the hotel and rooms. Good location and transportation. Wish the breakfast is improved because the food options were not upto the mark. Scrambled egg has unique smell. Also the breakfast spread can be more considering the nature of hotel

Great value for the money. Room was very clean. Shower had good water pressure. They offer shuttles to the Disney parks, but not Universal. Free breakfast was good- eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, cereal. They did charge a $90 deposit when we got there even though room paid for in advance. They continued to put random holds on the credit card on file, so be ready for that. Overall, would definitely recommend.

I was unable to contact the hotel at any point with the number provided both by Expedia and the actual hotel. It rang and rang because of this I was unable to cancel my reservation or verify early check in or check out. I have a complaint in about waiving my fee because of the inability to reach the hotel. Expedia however was absolutely wonderful! I worked with Ivy who was compassionate and worked with me to figure out what she could do!
