Didn’t feel like I was on vacation. Its location was too busy and hectic. Hard to relax at pool bc of noise from traffic. The breakfast ends at 9am which is too early. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The front desk was not staffed when I arrived. The toilet backed up. They had to move me to another room. They charged me an additional C$54 with no explanation. They provided an invoice showing a zero balance with no particulars.

Great location, but old and outdated property.
Location is great, nearby Disney Springs, restaurants, and markets. Breakfast is good too. But the property is old and outdated. Rooms and bathrooms are old, AC makes lots of noise, carpet is dirty, etc. Swimming pool is small and not well kept. It really needs some major renovation. Lastly, the property parking lot is small, not enough spots for all guests, and somewhere unsafe.

I had a generally good experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. However, I did have an issue with the cleanliness of the bathroom, which could have been better maintained. Despite this, I would consider staying here again due to the overall positive experience.
