Stayed one night post cruise. Location is great but very busy. There’s plenty of restaurants and snack shops around. Parking was ok. Didn’t like the fact that you had to pay for parking-policy change after booking. Doors are hard to shut and people end up slamming their doors to close them. Hot breakfast was scrambled eggs, turkey links or pork patties, waffles, bread, oatmeal, cereal, fresh fruit-the usual. Room had a musky smell. And not the best for cleanliness. Wouldn’t stay here again.

In general, everything was okay. We arrived the night before Thanksgiving and there were a group of girls looking for their deliveries with the manager and we had to wait for at least 10 minutes to check in. Also every time we went to the front desk, we always have to wait at least 5 minutes. I noticed the same delay in service in the next couple days during our stay. It apparently was understaffed. Also the bath tub stopper wasn't working, luckily fixed the next day, but the water came through faucet above the tub and the shower head when we tried to fill up the tub for a bath, which was a bit annoying.

The staff at this property are amazing. Super friendly and so helpful!! They made the stay for us. However this hotel is not in good condition. The pool is definitely not as shown in pictures, it was quite dirty. The breakfast was very good and the staff for the breakfast were also super helpful wonderful people. Breakfast timeline is limited 6:30-9am.

Great price, right down block from Disney. They have shuttles, VERY CLEAN! I spent one night here and 3 at a Disney hotel and I wish I stayed the whole vacation here! So much cheaper and just as nice! 10/10 recommended!

Spacious rooms in this family friendly hotel. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Coffee was good but didn’t try the breakfast. The hotel staff were friendly welcoming and helpful. Parking could of been awkward without asking about the situation, shared parking with the local businesses so don’t park in front of the shops or where trash collected, basically in the middle, parking outside hotel limited but plenty of spaces if you don’t mind a short walk. If you’re doing Disney or outlet shopping it’s a great location.
