Housekeeping failure
1 guest ill on our second day so we didn't let housekeeping into the room. On our third day we went to Disney World, gone all day. Housekeeping came in and made the bed, nothing else. Trash wasn't emptied, bathroom wasn't cleaned. Kleenex, toilet paper, plastic glasses, plastic ice bucket liner and coffee cups were not replenished. Breakfast was good. Lobby staff always friendly and helpful.

Rooms are a tad bit outdated Carpet did not look very cool. I happen to take my shoes off and walk to my socks only to find that there was areas of the carpet that was so wet very nasty and had cockroaches, but I took multiple pictures. The breakfast was subpar, and their choices were not much we ended up just getting water and the waffle and leaving. They had apples wrapped in cellophane only partially which defeated the purpose of wrapping the apple. The front desk personnel was extremely friendly, however, was disappointed with the condition of the room.

The staff was wonderful, very accommodating and extremely nice. Our room was clean. They even put a mint on our pillow with a cute towel made into an animal beds were very comfortable. On the 4 floor and the Elevators were quick our Ubers Had no trouble finding us I would recommend a stay

The property is old and musty smelling . They had no hand sanitizer in their bottles and no toilet paper in the guest bathrooms . We paid for a king suite and they tried to give us a king regular room. We had to go to two different roooms b4 we found one decent enough and they were queen beds. No GF food even though in other Fairfield inns they have gf waffles and bread!! The bath tubs are all scraped up and and the curtain smelled moldy.
