Room was slightly updated not very clean there was also very little options for the tv. The outside halls were worse for ware and in need of a paint job. The staff was not unpleasant but didn’t speak much. Check in I was only asked for my id and then told me what room I was in. The restaurant for breakfast had little food options, the ceiling was leaking in several spaces including above my table. Check out was easy did it through a link on my phone.

Great for kids the top floors have the best rooms staff is great but plan a day to stay and use the amenetis because there is so much for the kids to do rooms on top floor great AC no damp smell the bottom floor smell a little damp due to the pool being right there but once the he AC was runing it was fine they have tons of towels beds and are soft pillows too and no smell on the linens little older looking on the bottom rooms but very clean we will be back

The property is worn down around all the things to do. The first room we opened the fridge to bugs all inside and the room itself had bugs. They moved us to another room and did handle it, but it was nasty. The staff were all very nice. The water park my kid loved, but the one slide was closed the first day, and the second all big slides were closed, so that was a bummer.

I absolutely loved the 2 water slides and lazy river. I played miniature golf, volleyball, and basketball all while enjoying the 90 degree weather. The only thing that I did not like was the hot tub water temperature, which was too cold. and the fact that I was there for a week and no one came by to clean our room.

This is an older hotel… it could do with some upgrades. The room was fine, it was a bit dirty but nothing that disturbed us. Definitely a lot of touring families here. Pool was nice. The location was perfect for my work event. The staff was super friendly and helpful upon check in! I would recommend for a short 2/3 day stay, nothing longer.

Labeled as a hotel but is actually a motel as door entrances are on the outside, charge hotel prices with worse than motel service and accommodations. Door to the balcony in our suite was only partially closed due to the fact that it had a top latch to prevent it from opening. Checked into the room Thursday at 4pm and checked out Monday at 8am. From the time we got there to the time of check out not once did they come change the bed sheets, remove the trash from the room, or change the dirty towels. And Saturday evening around 8:30/9pm after we made it in from the theme park. Wife went to the front desk to ask for clean wash clothes and dry off towels and was informed they didn’t have any clean wash clothes and instead gave her hand towels to use in place of wash clothes mind you those towels are 24 in by 12in. Only positive I can say about this place is that the front desk staff are kind. I would never stay at this establishment again, not even as a last resort.

Las piscinas sucias, no tenian tarjetas para entrar a los cuartos habia que estar esperando por mantenimiento o seguridad para abrir la habitacion, no pudimos disfrutar nada de la reservación ni de la estadia, la recepcionista no fue cortez ni profesional, el manager nunca lo pudimos ver ni hablar con el en relación a la estadia. Fue una experiencia horrible. Tampoco tenian telefonos en las habitaciones para llamar a recepcion. Habia que caminar hasta la oficina o usar tu propio telefono. La nevera no enfeiaba bien. Y el cuarto con mal olor a humedad. Los bańos con las cosas oxidadas. No vuelvo a reservar con ellos mas ! Perdimos el tiempo y el dinero porque tampoco pudimos utilizar el salon de actividades para el cumpleańos que ibanos a celebrar y se canceló la invitación por las condiciones del lugar.
