Booked this last minute and never again. The room itself was so unclean. There was still hair in the bathtub so that definitely wasn’t clean. The floors were also not clean. The outside was a little off putting and ghetto. Do not stay here.

Only 2 complaints #1 that the room was right in front of the hot tub so if kids were in it they were noisy #2 the TV is not accessible if you don’t know or have any instructions to use it so that was a bummer

The room was very dirty, service to the room was horrible, you can’t communicate with the front desk at all, not even using their own room phone service. This was nothing like advertised on the page. I didn’t pack and leave because there was no availability at other hotels as it was a Holiday weekend.

Terrible Place

Sink ready to come off wall. Certainly, had to be careful leaning on it. We had a handicap room so must be why no shower curtain. Water got all over the floor; slip problem. Could only hang towel across the bathroom on opposite wall from shower. Terrible for handicap person. Two out of three dresser drawers made loud noises when opening them. Tile floor did not show dirt, but after walking in bare feet, my feet were extremely dirty. After walking around the hotel, it was obvious things had not been taken care of. Only things good to say are the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Shut this place down

The worst and most run down, place we’ve ever stayed. Service was HORRIBLE. No one spoke a single word of English, but that’s ok if they were actually kind in any way shape or form. Not a single person working there, was kind or helpful. Waterpark is useless, DANGEROUS and we never used it after exploring how busted and horrific that part was, which is the only reason to stay there. So we were charged many times for the “waterpark” without our knowledge, although we already paid for it in the cost. We watched 3 people, 1 adult and 2 young children, get injured and not receive any help. The breakfast is disgusting and sooo expensive. Even a coffee is $5. Latin music BLASTING all night. Rooms were ok. Do not waste your money, this place needs to be shut down.

The beds were comfortable, the water park is nice. Its a great place for families with children. It does need to be updated and its quite a drive to the parks because of the traffic but its safe and a pretty good price if you take advantage of the water park.

What I liked the most was the convenience of nearby attractions. Although, the hotel needs some attention in aesthetics. Needs remodeling of facilities to make it a homely/cozy place. Staff was friendly and nice.
