The hotel advertises greatly regarding its pool and play area within the pool. The pool water was extremely cold and on its website it states there is a heated pool, which there is no heated pool. This was the only reason to book this hotel.

Good price but very outdated hotel.

The hotel is ok. It is very outdated in my opinion but the bed is very decent. It’s ok to come and go do your thing and sleep. It is very affordable if you have a pet. I’ll give it a 3.5 instead of a 3.

The hotel is in the process of being really nice! Our room was comfortable and slightly outdated but no complaints other than the location. This is not the hotels fault but the road the hotel is on is incredibly busy and traffic was hideous! Otherwise very convenient location for Disney/universal and very cute water park and arcade.

Hotel looks like it’s from the 70’s with fresh paint thrown on it. Very poor lighting inside and out. Buildings are not numbered. Bed linen is dirty and stained. Days after I left $200 charge showed up. No explanation and no returned call, had to do a card dispute. Do yourself a favor and stay any place else.

This was by far one of the worse places I have ever stayed in. To the point that I checked out early becasue of how dirty and off-putting it was. Specially the bathroom. It was dirty and there was mold. We had to shower with flipflops. There was no remote for the TV and you couldn't call front desk because the phone did not work. We mentioned it at the front desk and they wrote it down but couldn't get another one. The whole experience felt dirty and unsafe. Reviews and pictures were misleading. Will never stay at a Ramada again

NOT CLEAN AT ALL

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING ROOM. As soon as you open the door to the room it smells super weird. The floors where sticky and with garbage all on it. It seems like all the did was change the sheets. There was literal gunk on the floor. Didn’t feel comfortable in the room without wearing shoes. The shower didn’t even have a liner so all the water would just come out and land on the floor. I don’t recommend staying here. The only thing renovated in the lobby. The cleanness is TERRIBLE. I checked out early because I could not stand the nasty feeling just being in the room.

This hotel is in desperate need of an update. It is clean and quiet. We did not use the pool or water park area. It looked like it was in the process of being rebranded.
