The toilet didn't flush, the water park that was advertised to be open until 10 wasn't even open when we got there and opened the next day at 10am after we were leaving. Just overall a bit unkept. I believe Romada just purchased this place and is in the process of fixing it up but it still has a ways to go.

Horrific

This place is horrific. I could not stay there. It was unsafe on sanitary. I had to leave at 2 o’clock in the morning to find another hotel to stay with my son in the middle of the night. It looks like a place for the homeless the smell reeked of urine. I had to find another hotel that cost me $275 that night. I tried to reach out to the hotel and this booking site and was given no compensation at all, this situation was a disaster which caused me and my son a lot of anxiety.

Rooms were messy, bed were very uncomfortable, it was okay at first but it just kept getting worse. They didn’t have change for any amount of money. The pool was nice and so was the water park. But the breakfast was very expensive. 15 for a continental breakfast. Mandatory park fees, we use the water park once. And it was just very far from the thing we were doing. If we were going to Orlando and Disney it wouldn’t have been so bad. But we didn’t do our research so we got stuck driving over an hour to our destinations. The staff were very friendly and willing to accommodate it’s not their fault about the issues we had. But the pictures do not agree with the in person.

The experience

The stay was fun and the front desk and the staff assisted Us when there was a mistake on our reservation they also resolved it and accommodated us with an extra room when our room that was reserved was no longer available. They were more than happy to assist me and my family I always come here and enjoy myself. Customer service was absolutely great.
