**Review:** I recently stayed at the Floridian, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel was shockingly dirty, with visible dirt and grime in common areas. To make matters worse, the facilities that were supposed to be available, like the pool and laundry, were closed without any prior notice. The room itself was unacceptable. I found hair on both the mattress and pillows, which was beyond disgusting. It made me question the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the entire hotel. The final straw was the broken glass door leading to the backyard. It was not only shattered, but it had clearly been tampered with, making the room feel incredibly unsafe. I felt very vulnerable during my stay, and it's inexcusable that such a serious issue wasn't addressed before allowing guests to stay in that room. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of cleanliness, closed facilities, and serious safety concerns make it a place to avoid at all costs.

I want to start with what this hotel is like ->>> TERRIBLE. Do yourself a favor and do NOT patronize this establishment! In fact, I would also suggest Expedia take this establishment OFF their app/website. I am not picky when staying somewhere BUT this place is deplorable. The staff members are as helpful as they can be, considering the shape this place is in. I am supposing this hotel is home for subsidized housing and/or emergency sheltering. The floors are tilled nicely. The owner of this establishment must clean up this place and make major repairs. Otherwise, I think that this property should be shut down sooner than later. It is not a healthy place to stay, nor it is a safe place to stay in regards to deficits. I hated to negatively review this place but it is the WORST place I have ever stayed of 4 different countries, including third world countries. The list of things wrong with this place includes garbage in the halls, constant drips from sinks and tubs, room furniture that has not been dusted (nor cleaned), bath towels with stains, water from air conditioning on the floor of the room we stayed in, lamp shades that are old, old electrical system, old tubs (stained, peeling), and more. I have stayed in motels that are older, but they are clean and well repaired. This place needs major plumbing, work and electrical work, along with updates in the interior. I can't the state of the exterior building; we arrived late night.

Overall, gross. Would not recommend. This hotel does not advertise that they are under construction until you arrive at the desk. The sheets had what looked like mold stains, the walls and bathtub were cracked, there were stains on the walls near light switches and door handles. Everything was half painted, the pool and other amenities were closed due to construction. There were full sized bags of garbage in the hallways, the doors to the outdoors were unlocked, and housekeeping was "at your request," so the room may not have been cleaned in between guests (there was hair on the tub and sink counter).
