I really enjoyed the property despite the sprinkler hose breaking and soaking through the carpet on the 1st floor. I had to contact customer service twice to have someone use a vac to soak up the water in the carpet. I reserved the property for 4 days and on last day around 2am, I looked our the window and thought its was pourin down raining outside. I noticed the it wasn't raining on the sidewalk. I walked outside to realize the sprinkler hose was broken and water shooting directly into the window.

We enjoyed our stay in the spacious house, which was perfect for our family of six. We would stay again in the future. However, there are a few areas for improvement: Towels: We had a limited number of towels for our 5-night stay. More would have been appreciated. Kitchen Supplies: It would be helpful to have basic kitchen supplies like salt and pepper available, as we forgot to purchase them. Additionally, one of the bathroom doors accidentally hot locked .Although we followed the instructions to locate the key but couldnt find one in the laundry room; we contacted customer service, we did not receive a response. Fortunately, we managed to unlock the door before checking out. Overall, we had a great experience and look forward to staying again if we visit Orlando in the future.

House was nice and well put together, was a little on the dirtier side. Carpet could have been cleaned better but other than that was good overall. Private Pool is ALOT smaller than pictures make it seem, and the resort pool was green and unusable throughout my families stay. Nonetheless, good home for the cost.

The property was great, nice and quiet. The only thing that I did not like was the gate in the entrance was open and stayed opened through our whole stay so anyone could just come in and out.

The space is very accommodating to families - lots of space for everyone to move around. The linens were clean and the beds were comfortable. My only concern was the unit number was missing from my confirmation so we had to call in to get that. Thankfully we got an answer right away! The other was the upstairs bathroom toilet seal needs replaced - it leaks and the ring around it was nasty.

Don't waste your money on gimmic pool heater!
Over all this would've the perfect stay but false advertisement about their pool heater. Had be pay and extra per day to have the pool heated and let me tell you the pool never warmed up. I mean, not even a little bit. I tried to communicate and it went in deaf ears. They knew the heater did not work and still charged me. Don't fall for the scam. So disappointed 😞

This was a family trip to celebrate my granddaughter 2nd birthday. She had an amazing time. Everything was in driving range. The house was just what we needed. Every room had its on bathroom. The room downstairs could use a tv in it otherwise everything was great.
