This was the second time this year that I stayed at this hotel and once again, they did not disappoint . I brought my husband this time and he even enjoyed the visit. We look forward to staying here again when we come back in January .

Todo nos gustó limpieza en la habitación, amplia, con mini fridge, microondas, limpieza todos los días, camas confortables las almohadas no mucho. Desayuno bueno para pasar la mañana, parqueo incluido gratis. Freddy en el front desk muy amable con su atención en todo momento al igual que todo el personal. Cerca de los parques de Disney. Para compras en los outlets como a 30 minutos en carro. Varias opciones de comida en los alrededores. Lo recomiendo al 100 y si volveríamos a hospedarnos!!

I loved staying here!!! Property is clean. Rooms were very clean. Front desk provided great service. Galleria Palms offered a complimentary breakfast with a wide selection, and an afternoon cookie. I felt quite content before heading to the Theme parks. They also offer services to Theme Parks but I used my rental car instead which was only an estimated 10-15 minutes from their location. Easy access to many stores, gift shops, a CVS, a McDs, even a Walmart, all within walking distance as well. The 192US strip has alot of restaurant options but my favorite location was Sunset Walk/Margaritaville blvd about 10 minutes drive. So yes, Galleria Palms, to me was a perfect location. I would of loved to try their pool but I did see others enjoying it. I promise to be back. It was the best experience I've had in a long time and I hope to bring my family with me the next time.

A great location if you planing to of to the Disney parks. Not too far, and it's convenient for family with kids since it has a small fridge and microwave. Breakfast was ok. but be there early if not, you won't find a table. Front desk staff wasn't that friendly. Parking is great. A lot of places to eat around the hotel.

The elevators were not working properly which made everyone wait long periods of time to get up or down. The breakfast was terrible. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and this time was a very bad experience. I will not be back.
