No extra pillows in the entire hotel
All went well at first. We were able to check in early, which is great. We booked an accessible room as my wife is disabled. The room looked clean with no funky smells. The bathroom was very accessible for the most part. Now for the bad. The vinyl floor of the room was actually filthy as evident by the black soles of the white socks I was wearing. But for us the worst part was when I went to the first desk to ask for a couple of extra pillows so my wife could elevate her legs. I was told they didn't have any. I don't know how a hotel could not have extra pillows available but that's what I was told. Going by the empty parking spaces, l'm sure there was at least one empty room they could have got a few pillows from. But apparently that was not the case. So I gave her my pillows and I did without. Now on to the bed, which I'm sure was just a piece of plywood with a sheet thrown over it. This was honestly the worst and most uncomfortable hotel bed I have ever had the misfortune using. Now the area were they serve the free breakfast. It looked clean but we found bugs all over the counter were the coffee machine sit.

This is the second time I stay in this hotel. It has by far been the best in the area. The rooms are nice and clean, the beds are comfortable. The staff is nice and the area is calm. Definitely will be the hotel we stay when we come to this area

Super close to park attractions. Low price yet great room. Excellent value. Check in by Raniely was perfect and friendly. Breakfast was included, simple and more than adequate. Amole free parking. A great recommendation if you're only expecting to sleep there!

Drove up from Wesley Chapel post Hurricane Milton for a weekend stay and so pleased with our stay. Freddy at the front desk was simply exceptional. So kind and welcoming. The rooms were updated and super clean. They have daily housekeeping which we didn’t need, but housekeeping checked on us to see if we needed anything. The next morning, the young lady at the front desk graciously gave us a late checkout but we only needed a few minutes past check out but to have the flexibility we really appreciated it. We didn’t take advantage of the complimentary hot breakfast but heard it was good. Very close to a lot of attractions so we would definitely stay there again. Only recommendation is to upgrade the pillows. They had about 8 pillows in the room for two queen beds and they were flat and hard. However, the bed was very comfortable. Five stars in my book.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the service at this hotel. When I checked in on Friday, the receptionist was very serious and unwelcoming, which set a bad tone for my stay. My family’s and I decided to have breakfast at the hotel. I had asked the receptionist Stefani the day before at what time they stopped serving breakfast and she said 9:30 am. However, when we went down at 9:13 am, there was no food, I overheard two other families discussing that there was no hot food, only cereal for the children, but there was no milk. I went to the Front Desk and asked the receptionist (her name was either Estefani or Estefania, if they were going to bring out more hot food since it was not yet 9:30 am and there were other families left without breakfast. She told me that, by orders of the manager, Edwin they could not bring out more food. When I asked to speak to the supervisor, she informed me that the supervisor Mr.Edwin was not there.I then requested to speak to the manager, but she said it would not be possible and refused to provide me with the manager's information. She also accused me of being disrespectful, although I had not raised my voice or used disrespectful language. I simply wanted to provide feedback to the supervisor. The receptionist should be trained to be caring, friendly, and professional, as she displayed a bad attitude and lacked empathy with the customer. It seems that she is not prepared or trained to work with the public. (Front desk with no name tag)

It's a nice clean hotel, it offers hot breakfast. The rooms are comfortable & clean. We stayed for 3 nights to escape Hurricane Milton. In the future we will book with Galleria Palms when it's time to seek refuge from.any hurricane.

I appreciated the young lady, Ranyeli, who checked us in, along with the GM Kim M. Both were very polite, professional & very proficient. Ranyeli explained everything we needed to know explicitly, right to the point. I did not need to ask any questions, nor to repeat because as she explained, all my concerns were answered. She did just so & to the point. The GM Kim, was also on point & off cause very professional in all her ways. I will recommend this hotel to my friends, tell them about the property, it's clean, & well kept. In regards to the breakfast, it was fresh & tasty. Location is conveniently close to lots of restaurants, Walmart, Publix & Disney attractions in Orlando. The hotel also has a shuttle to the attractions. AWESOME hotel, & staff.🙏
