Building B where i was staying had no wifi , was promised to be relocated or have technicians come buy nothing of such . On top of that the big roach that freated me in B232 .. the man with keft arm missing was very very disrespectful.. overall stay was very disappointing.. i wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Conveniently located around all areas about 15 min to Disney, Universal, Airport, etc. Room was average, breakfast was minimal but always nice to have. We did have a roach in our room to start and they took extra care to clean and take our trash everyday.

Great hotel. A few inconsequential negatives: Furniture in lobby stained and dated, no drinking water access, room patio door didn't open, no hand soap provided in room, and breakfast was okay compared to other continental. Not a lot of options or variety, but they kept it stocked. Just a few things we will prepare for next time. These tiny negatives don't outweigh the positives, so overall, great experience. Everything was clean, staff was very friendly, and bed was comfortable with a perfect room temperature and view and no wi-fi issues. They let us do a late check out since we were waiting on our ride. We also got a really great price on hotels.com compared to other sites and other hotels! I would definitely come back.

Stay away, this place sucks!
This place was horrible, Room was outdated & dingy, Only 1 towel, In the morning I found that there were tiny bugs in the bathroom, and a big roach in the bed. Their breakfast was a joke, NO COFFEE!!! NO JUICE, (I was told the company that fills order didn't deliver) There was cereal, bread, & waffles. (wow really) I was told that is what you get in a Continental breakfast) I'm disabled & they gave me the room that was the furthest from check in on 2nd floor, no elevator!!! Bathroom in lobby was out of order!!! Hallway floors were bubbled up in the colored sections (trip hazard) Booked for 2 nights, left after first night. Asked for management to call me, but no one called. I have video of the bugs (available upon request)

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable which is the most important to me. When we went to check in the person was playing video games and we had to wait 5 or 6 minutes watching her play before she put it down. The breakfast wasn’t bad- no hot stuff unless you toast it, and nothing to drink except coffee. Not sure what people did for kids. Oh, and there aren’t any “do not disturb” signs which sounds like a little thing but housekeeping literally walked in on my room while we were in it.

There was no turndown service or towel replacement. The cold handle on the bathroom faucet was broken off. No room phone or alarm clock. All the outlets were on the wall opposite the bed (would have needed an extension cord).

Housekeeper got rude with wife went to complain the clerk would not give name of cleaner to complain on I told them if a complaint on us it should come from manager not housekeeper other than that hotel is dated but clean and other workers where friendly
