There was an old lady that yells to the customers without any reason. On December 30th I saw her yelling a girl in the breackfast room when she was making pancackes. I suffer the yelling when I enter into the laudry looking for someone for towel exchanging. She must learn than customers need to betreated politely

Nice Enough
This place is nothing fancy but its nice. The bedding was cute. Could have used better pillows maybe. But it was clean and roomie. I would stay here again. Slept through breakfast so cant rate that but all and all it was a positive experiance.

Old and dirty! Needs major renovations!
Very old and run down. The pictures looked nothing like the actual room. The room was very dirty and smelled musty, and the whole place smelled of weed. There was no soap etc. We were thankful to only have booked 1 night.

Very disgusting not well kept looks like a public housing facility not safe bathroom is very nasty.. I had to go buy cleaning products to clean the bathroom . I had to go to Walmart to buy towels because the towels provided were very nasty and stained didn’t even look white anymore. Front desk staff is very rude and unprofessional. Balcony in room was nailed shut. Hallway had garbage outside of the rooms. Room had cockaroaches . Very bad experience wouldn’t recommend ti waste your money staying here.

The location was central, close to the parks, the room was comfortable and spacious with a microwave and refrigerator, but the towels were leathery and dirty, they never did room service. The hallways had a very bad smell. Very poor breakfast, only waffles, hard-boiled eggs and dry cereal.

The area is ok . The staff are friendly but there’s no cleaner available to clean your room. You have to pay extra if leave your luggage at the reception. There were cockroaches too.

Worse hotel I have ever been to. Unsafe, nasty
Very unsafe. Homeless people out front using the outlet for their phones. The buildings around the hotel looked very run down and shady. The room smelled horrible, stained sheets, live roaches in the bathroom.

good construction bad maintenance.
We took this for spaciousness. It is spacious. But the service is terrible. Breakfast is limited and a mess. Minimal to No room service. Ice machine broken. All gym machines broken. Pool goes upto 8ft+ deep which is impressive for hotels and I like it - but as it is winter can't take advantage of that.
