Gaylord palms not like it use to be.

Pool side it’s like they needed more help. Valet didn’t have any urgency. You pay this much to stay here and pay extra $50 for valet, you should be able to call down and have them get your car. Twice was sent to voice message saying we are to busy, just bring ticket to valet and we will get your vehicle. We do exactly as said and they have valet people standing around in circle chatting among themselves and cars piling up. No urgency no organization to who’s doing what. Side of these 2 things, it is a beautiful place to go, just was disappointed in the first people we see and the last people we see. Also the care at pool side.

This property is a must for a staycation. It honestly felt like I was on a cruise, but on land. The waterpark is amazing and the heated pools is an absolute luxury. 1010. Recommend and will definitely come back again. Next spring break.

Worth every dollar!

My wife and I live i Kissimmee, and decided to get away fror a night to celebrate our 33rd anniversary. There were lots of hotels to choose from, and every one of them was cheaper than Gaylord - most of them significantly cheaper. I decided to spend the extra money and take a chance, and we are EXTREMELY happy that we did! When we first walked in, we were absolutely blown away at the shear size.it was awe inspiring. Every single aspect of our stay was just incredible. Check in was smooth and the young man that helped us was swift, friendly, and efficient. Once we got to our room ( we got the atrium view) we were incredibly impressed. The best way I could describe the cleanliness level of the room would be to describe it as "military" clean. Every nook, cranny and corner was absolutely impeccable. The view from the balcony was stunning. There are several restaurants on site as well as ice cream, Starbucks, Jamba, a spa, an arcade and shops. We didnt do any swimming, but the pools and water park were just as clean and just as impressive. The bed was firm and comfortable and even the pillows (which are always a crap shoot at hotels) were comfy. The 60 inch tv was perfect for watching a movie while we enjoyed our snacks dropped off by room service. If I was forced to come up with any feedback, the balcony could be a tad bigger. Our overall experience was a 10 out of 10.

We didn’t have much interaction with Staff beside the Valet parking. Even though they were very nice and friendly, the way the have set up for picking up the car is not easy to navigate when there is 20 cars leaving the lot. It’s very difficult to drive between cars and people accessing those car.
