We traveled for some Christmas fun as a family of 8. The room itself was spacious and clean. Had everything we needed in it. The location was perfect as it was close to all the major attractions as well as many options food options. We will definitely book this hotel again.

We always enjoy our stay at Grand Beach. With our group of 7 we all had a bed to sleep in and 3 bathrooms. We have not used the amenities because we are always doing something else, but would love to sometime. The kitchenette is stocked with the essentials. In our room the garden tub outshined the shower. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Received texts throughout our stay asking if we needed anything and keeping us informed of anything going on at the property. We had easy check in and check out. The grounds were very festive for the Holiday season. This location was close to Disney and Universal. We will definitely continue to come back.

Probably my Favorite Hilton in Orlando. Showers were the best feature about the room, because I am a picky person who prefers my showerhead with a detachable handle, and they had that, which was awesome. Overall, would highly recommend and def will be back at this property again.

Needed a room for one night to attend a company Christmas party, this was in the right area at a reasonable price, I was in a hurry and maybe did not look into everything as much as I should have. When we first got out of the truck, my wife and I noticed a slight sewage smell. Went to office to check in and was told that in addition to the remaining amount of the bill, there was also a $200 room deposit. After paying we were told that we had to check in with the concierge to get our parking permit. When we got to the concierge, he asked us what time we wanted to meet with the sales representative for the "tour" of the property that was required to get our $200 deposit back. I turned down the "tour" offer - the $200 deposit was still shown as "pending" a week later (I had filed a protest) - almost two weeks before it was finally removed from my account. When we drove down to our room, the slight sewage smell was considerably worse. There were a few employees taking a break in the parking are that we asked about the smell, they said it was pretty common everytime the landscapers fertilized. The room itself was OK (bed and other furnishings acceptable but well used) but obviously set up more as a timeshare type unit where you would be there for a more extended time period than as a typical hotel room. Will never stay at this place again, this was my first time dealing with Hilton, always thought they were top-notch hotels, not sure about that anymore.

We had a fabulous stay in a 2 bedroom room. We overlooked the sports court and playground, and could see the lake in the distance. There were many things to love about this property from the warm pool in the chilly fall, the spacious accommodations, and the serenity of the lake! We will definitely be back.

Goods: proximity to everything, the huge bathtub, comfortable room with everything you need, dark room for sleeping, comfortable bed and pillows, easy parking Bads: working on all kinds of things at the resort, lawnmower and blowing at 9/10am, walls are paper thin you can hear babies crying, your neighbors fighting, every single person that walks by in the hall, anytime anyone does anything above you, and the very loud Housecleaners while they talk loudly and clean… if you’re a light sleeper or want to sleep in or have a quiet day to relax this is not the place for you.

Well located for a 4 day tournament at the Caribe Royal at a much better price. But this place is not quite up to normal Hilton standards. Got kicked out of our room a few times, TV in the living room didn't work and was not even looked at after being reported twice, had to go find my own new towels, etc... Nice area, clean room, but not quite a Hilton...

It was my 2nd stay and it was great as the first one. Excellent staff customer service, comfortable and clean room, very convenient. We had a situation with the entrance door to our floor in the building which was not supposed to be locked and we found it locked very late at night and had to walk to the lobby to report it so someone open it for us. Other than that, everything was just great!

Go elsewhere it's dated and a poor experience
Lift was out of action for entire stay so travelling from UK had to lug our cases up to 3rd floor and down when leaving. Staff said it would be fixed by second day on day 1...this continued throughout stay. Rooms are not serviced as this is a home from home stay...only if your home has no toilet roll or shower gel... apparently the shower gel has been delayed by...enter random excuse here...we had to request toilet rolls throughout stay. There is no restaurant or proper bar to sit in...this was ok for us as we had car but this will not work if you have no transport. Everything was tired and toilet dirty...but after unpacking into musty wardrobe...only positive is you have a kitchenette (although oven door hardly shuts and the microwave has been touched up with white paint) in general not a place worth staying...add in water was off for most of the day third day of stay and they started to change locks...told we could get in without updating cards but they forgot to leave door unlocked one side of our floor so yes another three flights to get in. No apologies from front desk in fact the guy was arsey and said it's all new we don't know how it'll work...just poor, tired and generally a crap place...we're seasoned travellers so amount of time in room is limited but this was not somewhere I'd ever go or recommend. Will try to add photos as currently won't let me.
