We always enjoy staying at Grand Beach… I do definitely think that the room that we stayed in needed some work… it looked like a animal had got ahold of the carpet and the bathtub had all kinds of cracks in it… the service is always friendly and definitely a place I love to stay! And I for sure be back when I’m in the area! The beach area is amazing! If you honestly have time to relax while you are on your vacation this is definitely an awesome place to consider!

We had an amazing stay. We booked a three bedroom condo and it was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable, including the pullout sofa. It was very clean and well stocked. We had a small issue for which we contacted the front desk and a maintenance person was there to take care of it within 10 minutes.

Decent location for restaurants and theme parks. The property is clean and nice enough. The renovations to the rooms are somewhat complete but not well done. The two bedroom does have a good sized area for the king bed, but the second room is jammed with two small twin beds. There is barely any room in there for two kids to move. It seems like the room was actually designed for one double bed. The pool area is nice. The most annoying part is the changeover from a hotel to essentially a timeshare. The notion is the timeshare sales pitch with the promise that it is to get your resort fees refunded. I would not stay here again.
