For the most part it was a good place to stay. Especially for the price. Great staff and a very comfortable room. The walls are paper thin though and their shuttle service is terrible. We ended up taking a ride-share most places. The timeshare sales people are much more pushy than average. 4 different sales people were pressuring me in the first 3 days. But we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for vacation and to go to Disneyworld. Close to all parks, average 15 minutes. Heated pools, jacuzzy, tennis table, boce, mini golf and convenient store. BBQ grills.

The service here is excellent and the landscaping is well maintained. We especially enjoy the activities onsite. The one issue is that the stairs in B Low are rusting and need replaced ASAP.

Constant and VERY LOUD noise as this room was in an alley headed to the pool courtyard area. ALWAYS noisy, And workers who were continually wheeling their work carts across the stone-stamped walkways in these alley ways, made it impossible to hear anything in your room. Ice machine never worked the whole time I was there. I got locked out of my room for two nights, requiring me to walk all the way to the main office for them to "fix" the key cards as there was a "glitch" in their door locking system (No peace of mind there...) The room the toilet is in, is smaller than a closet, so be prepared to morph into different shapes in order to get yourself into the toilet room to begin with, and then close the door (your clothes will ALWAYS rub against the toilet in order to get out. ALWAYS!) I brought my own artificial sweetener to the room for my morning coffee, and left it on the counter. In the ONE time the room got service in my seven-day trip, the "maid" helped herself to clear out my artificial sweetener, only leaving me enough for the next morning, requiring me to stop at the store to buy more. Needless to say, I hid things after that point. My first, and likely my last experience with Hilton Vacation Club Grande Villas Orlando. I would not recommend.

Our three bedroom reservation was a 2 bdr condo and 1 bdr condo connected. There was so much space!! A kitchen and a kitchenette, two balconies, three huge bathrooms…. It was amazing!! Plenty of activities on site and the location was convenient to so many stores!! Can’t wait to go back!!

Plenty of Space

The room was spacious for my family of 4. The kitchen didn't have much in the way of cooking utensils, but if you're not planning to cook much- it has the basics. At check in they asked me to sign up for a 2 hour timeshare meeting. I declined. I received a follow-up text about it which I ignored and that was the end of it. The location was good for us. Close to Target, grocery stores, and the Disney Parks. We could hear the people staying in the room next to us very clearly. Especially if we were in the common area or the kids bedroom. Overall a good stay, it was clean and the pool was nice!

The property was dated. The unit we had was listed as a 1 bedroom. It was very small. The couch to the living got hit by the door when it opened. Very very small. The property was extremely loud.
