BEWARE
We was pretty disappointed with our experience here at the Hilton Grande Villas, our first impression was that the room was very small, if that had been the only issue we woulda been ok, it wasn’t.
We should have asked to see the room before we accepted it, turns out ours was a ground floor facing the parking lot, not facing the resort area, the “balcony” gave us a great view of shrubs and car hoods, so we heard the non-stop slamming of car doors all night and every morning for a wake up call, the service carts that the staff pushes around at the break of daylight are very noisy and also wake you up, the showerhead is about 5 foot from the ground, to be able to get your head wet you have to squat down under it, when I asked the staff to address any problems their only response was “since you didn’t book through us, and You booked through a third-party (Hotels.com) we can’t help you.”
One of the most egregious issues we had was they gave my cell phone number and room number to their marketing department and they hounded us via texts and calls to our room trying to get us to go to their timeshare presentations, I was told by the staff that you have to request to not be on the list at check-in, I had no idea at that point, but my suggestion to you is to request that immediately upon check-in if you chance staying here.
Also, the room is billed as having a regular size refrigerator, it does not
