A solid place, will recommend

Overall, the stay was pleasant, with the Universal Studio as our main attraction. The hotel is 40 minutes WALK from the Universal studio; I talked to someone at the hotel before reserving and I was told 10-15 mins walk. No big deal, as the hotel offers a shuttle to Universal at 8 am and back at 5 and 8 pm. And Uber and Lyft are around $7 one way to Universal. Their beds are comfortable, the place is clean, the hot breakfast was very generous until 10 am which is unheard of. Loved it and would stay again.

Hamptons are my go to hotel so all in all I trust them to be good. Breakfast was wonderful. Pool was nice. Staff was helpful and polite. Body wash was empty, Ants in room got onto cough medicine, and bed was way too hard. Other than that, no complaints.

We stayed for 4 nights, they have a lot of options for breakfast, different kinds of eggs, cereals and more! We liked that they offer shuttle to Universal. Staff was nice and we had a good time during our stay. They have everything you need.

We had the best stay at your hotel. The room was immaculately clean. I did not utilize the outdoor pool area but we did check it out and at 8 am it was already clean and serviced. I believe it was Bella we checked in with, upon arrival. She was pleasant and acknowledged my child. She even got him to try the Hulk roller coaster at Universal. Breakfast service was wonderful and had multiple attendants refilling and cleaning. Love the adorable women who handed out mints. The shuttle to universal was convient in the morning, however very full. We did end up ubering back because we needed the flexible timing. I have recommend this hotel to friends for staying off resort. Added bonus is the delicious french bakery with my much needed fancy coffee just down the street. Thank you for a great stay!

We check in on 08/05/2025 for two nights stay that’s when the nightmare starts At first look everything looked good we left our bags and went out for the night When we came back around 10pm the room was warm not really warm but warmer the when we got there As the night progressed the ac not only wasn’t cooling the room but also making all kinds of noises to make things worse the bed was also making noise and the sink in the bathroom was clogged overall it just was a night Fromm he’ll The next morning I expressed my concerns to the manager on duty and told her that I was not satisfied with the room and since we had one more night I wasn’t going to stay under those conditions and I also asked to be refunded for the night She replied by saying that before she could refund the night we needed to change room or get things fixed in the current room so I told her that I would like to change room When we checked out on 08/07/2025 I asked about the refund for the first night and they said that they wouldn’t refund the money because we changed room so i pointed out at 100% satisfaction guarantee and she said it didn’t apply I feel like a was cheated and given the runaround I expect some action to be taken from the company tha I booked from Thank you
