Very convenient place to stay. Staff was very welcoming, happy, and professional. The hotel is very clean and they have everything really neat and organized. I stayed with my daughter and she was surprised of the lobby because it looked very neat. Room all clean and comfortable. If someone is thinking of this, don’t doubt it.

We checked into the hotel and headed to our room. The toilet had what looked like pieces of toilet paper floating around in the toilet, so we went to flush the toilet but it was clogged and over flowed. We called down to the front desk and had to move rooms due to no maintenance staff. The rooms themselves weren't that clean. We travelled with 4 other people that said the same things about their room. We also seen lots of bugs crawling around in the bathroom that were coming and going from a crack/hole in floor. We tossed a towel over it because I’m not one to complain about every little thing and we had just moved rooms before this because of the toilet. They also had no hot water at the hotel. We thought maybe it was just our room/floor but our other 4 friends were on two different floors and they said the same thing. We called down and were given three different excuses on to why there was no hot water. They said it was just the hot water tank connected to the room(s) and someone has to manual reset it. Or some rooms were updated but still had the old hot water tanks so someone needed to run the hot water for 20-25 mins. When we went down for breakfast I inquired about still not having hot water the following morning and was told they had trouble with the main hot water tanks. I feel like they should have informed us of the problem before we checked in. We would have went somewhere else. There wasn’t even hot coffee/tea. Easily could have been solved with boiling a kettle.

Check in went really smoothly with great staff at the desk and the rooms were clean. However, we were very disappointed to have cold showers the night of our stay into the morning of check out with no offer for any sort of discount or compensation for our stay and inconvenience.
