Overall, it was a nice hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The elevators were old and slow and kinda of scary; we thought we were going to get stuck a few tines. The pool had a lot of broken tiles and needs renovations. However, the location next to the convention center made up fir sone of the negatives. We wouls stay here again.

Overall very nice, great staff, but not perfect

Overall it was a good experience until the morning we were leaving and I saw and killed a cockroach in the bathroom. I was concerned that we might bring "tag-a-longs" home in our bags so I showed the squashed bug to the person at the front desk. I wasn't looking for any kind of compensation, but she didn't offer any either. Also, our room rate was higher than the cost quoted online when I reserved the room. Seems to be a transparency issue. Cautioning you to take a screenshot of the price when you book.
