When we arrived at our room, the carpet was soaked and there was a leak coming from one of the walls. Roof had multiple mold spots. Went to front desk and they told us they had no other rooms to put us in that we would have to go to the hotel next door. Went upstairs and got our stuff and when we got back to the front desk they told us they were going to cancel other peoples rooms that hadn’t arrived yet to give it to us. I would hate to be the other people checking in at a later time. Will not be coming back.

Save your money find another hotel.
It was the worst hotel stay ever. We stayed 2 nights and had to move rooms three times maintenance and housekeeping never came address our situations. No AC, water leaking into the unit toilet overflowing, next room same issues. We waited 12 hours and no one ever came. After multiple attempts of going to the front desk in person. Every hour we went to complain.

The room is normal size and clean and tidy though the carpet is worn out a very small piece. Overall the room is in good condition. The location is good, just a few minutes walk to restaurants. If you take bus from the MCO, it is 42 bus and it around 1 hour. It’s close to ICON park (5 minutes drive) and in the middle of International Drive, 20 minutes drive to the two outlets and Florida Mall. The breakfast is with a lot of varieties: scrambled and boiled eggs, sausages, potatoes dice, bread, bagels, small muffins and danishes and even coked oats. Cereal, juice and apples and bananas and oranges and yogurt. Of course, you can make your waffles with cream, butter and syrup and peanuts butter…..The staff is really quick to respond and refilling is very fast and they are polite and helpful. The staff in the counter and the cleaning staff is very friendly and efficient. To me, I give high marks for all the staff and the hotel.

I loved that the room was very spacious! Easy check-in. Breakfast was ok, not crowded at all. Parking was only $5, which is great comparing to other hotels in the vicinity.

Staff very friendly on checkin gave good information no safe too many tables in room no draws for storage clothes etc be good gor a couple of nights if there was more storage would stay longer dont like living out of a suitcase
