Reserved a room with 2 queen beds 6 day prior to my arrival; Hotel took my payment; Day of arrival, staff member-Andrea, tells me hotel is full there is No Rooms for me & Family; I asked her to contact Hotel manager and she refused; she contacted assistant manager, Alejandra Delgado, in which she said Hotel can give me a refund; However, I said I don’t want a refund but I need a room for my family; I asked Andrea multiple times to call Hotel manager to solve this issue but she did not wanted to call her ; After 45 min, I convinced her to finally call Manager in which Manager, Monique Cain decided to give us a room with a One Queen bed only; I ended sleeping on floor with one of kids since room did not have a sofa ; My wife & the other kid slept on bed!
