It was a lovely property, but I would think it would look much nicer if it had been thoroughly cleaned after it was built or updated. The tile in the bathroom appears to have never been properly mopped & part of the grout appears as a white looking powder on the tile surfaces.

Beautiful room. Great staff. New growing area. We did have yo pay $10 a night for parking, which was unnecessary to me. Vast parking areas were available at site.

The room, dining areas, and hallways were all clean. However, there needs to be more variety in the breakfast menu. We wished there was a microwave oven in the bedroom. The first time, I had to pay a daily parking lot fee for a hotel room. I guess this is a Florida thing.

From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff created a hostile and unpleasant atmosphere. There was no greeting or salutation as we entered to check in. Their lack of professionalism and basic hospitality skills was shocking. Simple requests were met with indifference, and inquiries were answered with curt and dismissive responses. It was clear that guest satisfaction was not a priority. The overall experience was marred by their unwelcoming demeanor and poor service.
