The only thing I didn’t like was when my family and I reach to the hotel they told me my reservation was not at the hotel. And the guy didn’t helped me at all he told me I had to pay for a room and they charged me three times it was bad and my family and I didn’t get in the room until after 2 am in the morning. And that morning they charged me again. A new guy was they and I had to explain it all over again and he told me I have to wait until the manager come at 1 pm because it’s not his job. I was truly shocked and upset and then I told him I wasn’t moving and pls call Expedia cause I had my confirmation of pymt paid in full. Finally after making noise he called a lady who was in charge of sales. All that time he could’ve called her and he didn’t only because I made noise. I told my husband I am going to write about the treatment at the hotel. After she came out and said she will deal with it and say she will reverse all the charges they took off cause I paid already.
After that bad experience two days later they charged my card again and to this day a month later it’s still on hold. It jus brought back memories of how my family was treated. I told her if we was white they would have upgraded our room and treated us better. I must say we was in room 418 and the air condition was smoking and we called and they said if it happened again let them know. Then the kind maintenance man said if this happened no hesitation he will ask them to move us and we had to be removed to 419
