The carpet was dirty and stained. The comforter was stained. The front desk staff are not friendly. Was given a handicapped accessible room which was not needed. when I took a shower the bathroom flooded because their was no lip on the shower. It was late and I was tired. I only stayed one night.

The sheets on our bed had blood stains. We reported it to the front desk and they had them replaced. We wanted something from the grab and go but had a hard time self checking out. The girl at the desk that evening was annoyed that she had to assist us. The check in and out was great as was the two girls at both times.
