This hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. Checking in and out was convenient and offered a digital Key to get in the room. We will return to this hotel next time we are in Orlando.

This hotel was perfect for our stay. Staff was beyond friendly and our room was quiet and clean. The air conditioner worked great and kept the room cold. The breakfast was awesome and included vegan options for one of our guests. Shuttle from the airport was easy peasy. Thank you!!!!

The room had roaches. My daughter was sitting in a chair in the room and heard something moving in it. When she stood up, there was a roach on the back cushion. My husband took a picture and notified the front desk clerk, but there was no apology, and nothing was done to make amends for the situation. We did not make a huge issue of it since we were only there one night and needed to get to the airport early. We simply notified them and left without complaining. But I was extremely disappointed by the response of the front staff woman and the lack of care for the fact that we slept in a room that had roaches. I don't think I would stay in this place again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.
