Hidden fees
The room we had was very nice, but watch for the hidden fees. I paid and extra $12 to park my own car. Also there was an extra $50, I assume in case we messed up something. I was told I would get the $50 back but it's been 5 days and it still hasn't been credited back to my card.

Best Hotel in Orlando
Excellent hotel. I have stayed at several hotels in and around Orlando but this hotel is the best of them all. Great customer service, ideal location and comfortable beds. The breakfast is pretty good too, especially before heading into the theme parks. I will definitely be staying here again
