Easy hotel right next to SeaWorld entrance. Parking is $12 per vehicle per day. Breakfast had a lot of options though nothing special but is included. Solid decent hotel for an enjoyable stay.

Smelly noisy room
The location to Seaworld was very convenient which is why we booked the room at this hotel. The musty smelling room we received was right next to the elevator which loudly chimed all night. Our shower wouldn’t fully shut off so we heard water dripping all night as well. As a side note, the curtains were sheer not black out so there’s no way to block the sunlight. Considering this and the $12 a day parking, I would definitely consider staying at a different hotel.

I liked the location of the area, it was quite central to everything and also the breakfast was decent and organized. Something that could be improved is the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the lobby area. But above all it was a good stay.

Ridiculous disrespectful check-in, bad parking lot, the room was with a horrible smell of humidity. Horrible experience!!! The only a little more decent thing it was the breakfast, but I wish to have a pleasant room, a nice respectful person at the front desk, a good parking lot, instead a ok breakfast.

At checkout, the employee at the front desk was on the phone taking a personal call. He talked more to the person on the phone than me. Very unprofessional especially since checkin only takes a minute. I don’t care about employees talking on the phone but talking while interacting with customers is VERY rude! Pillowcases were so hard my face burned all night so I tried to stay on my back. Bathrooms didn’t have ventilation. Bathroom didn’t have lock on the door. Breakfast was decent and location is great for walking everywhere. Wasn’t terrible for our 1 night stay but glad it wasn’t longer.

Horrible experience
The bed was hard and uncomfortable (considered sleeping on the floor). Room has a wet /dampness to it. Water for showers /baths only got Lukewarm.. no hot shower's. The windows were only covered all the way with a shear covering .. the full curtains left about a 4 foot gap with lots of lights coming in from the hotel next door and surrounding attractions. Scary part .. Elevator feels like a death trap

De lo bueno a lo malo en solo dos estadías
Desde que llegas el personal no está contento. Las toallas de la habitación llenas de pelos, lo que evidencia que no fueron cambiadas y finalmente el desayuno un verdadero desastre, ya 8am todo agotado y no tienen mucho ánimo de reponer. Me había quedado antes y fue placentero y por eso repetí, esta vez la verdad no me gustó
