When we checked in, our rooms tv did not work so within 15 minutes they moved us to another room. Nice view of Universals Volcano.

Toilet had not pressure , we had to flush it several times to work . Breakfast options is different than what is shown on the pictures Room was very spacious , front desk was very cordial and helpful

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The only reason I am giving the hotel 4 as rating is because of the AC unit was very loud when it's running. It woke me up every time.

Stayed for a mixed trip, front desk staff were generally helpful and good. Location is great for persons wanting to do some shopping and universal theme parks. However, housekeeping was very very poor. Skipped cleaning my room twice, the second time I called and the front desk sent them to “clean” the room. Well they just changed towels!!! No cleaning, no making up of the beds. Well I did it myself no big deal. But it’s the way housekeeping operated. They need to do better. I can’t see myself returning to this property.

We had a wonderful stay with our family! The rooms were incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. The breakfast was a nice, offering a nice variety of options that everyone enjoyed. The hotel’s location was very convenient, close to Universal Studios which made getting around stress-free. One downside was the noise from the nearby I-4 highway, which was noticeable all the time, but it didn’t take away too much from our overall experience. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to families looking for a place to stay!

Very clean, comfortable beds. Nice big room with sofa bed with a comfortable mattress. It was a little noisy from the highway nearby, but not so bad to take away a star.

Wonderful pet friendly hotel
Beautiful suite, comfortable, spacious and spotless clean. Everything was properly stocked and working well. Beds are very comfortable and great bedding. Great stay with our 2 dogs, the tiled entrance/kitchenette area is perfect to feed them without any mess. Breakfast was good but not a great deal of choices. Area had plenty of seating and was very clean. Super easy commute to Universal and lots of restaurant choices and stores at walking distance. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Will highly recommend and will come back next time in town.
